We had a fabulous nine-day stay in this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—you can walk everywhere, from the lakefront to local shops and restaurants. From the moment you walk in, the apartment feels warm, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home.The open living and dining area offers sweeping views of the city while still being quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with everything you need to cook comfortably, including all the essentials for preparing Savoyard specialties like fondue and raclette. The bedrooms are comfortable, light-filled, and thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials.Eric was a wonderfully helpful and attentive host. He met us at the property, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and shared excellent advice on places to visit in the area. We would absolutely relish the opportunity to stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Selbst eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein eigene Parkplatz, was in Annecy sehr wichtig ist, da der Parkraum begrenzt ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe beim Zentrum und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Seeufer.

Premier séjour à Annecy

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Annecy, c'est une jolie ville où il y a beaucoup de choses à faire : balade en bateau, visite du château, city tour, magnifique point de vue sur le lac à partir du col de la Forclaz, balades, footing autour du lac, restos sympas, grand cinéma et pour finir une belle expérience avec le Libellule : bateau - restaurant. Aux alentours : Walibi et UCPA Vitam : centre aquatique et bien-être.L'appartement correspond à l'annonce, il est spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires . Bref, des magnifiques vacances

Grosszügig geschnitten und alles in Gehdistanz

Sehr zentral. Gut geschnittenes und grosszügiges Appartement. Grosse Küche und frisch renoviertes Badezimmer. Kommunikation mit Eric war einwandfrei. Er hat uns sogar persönlich abgeholt, als wir uns bei der Anfahrt verfahren hatten. Einziger Nachteil ist der Stadt Lärm, wenn man im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen möchte. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es kein Problem.warmen Tagen

Superbe appartement idéalement situé

Magnifique appartement très bien décoré et disposant de toutes les fonctionnalités. Le parking est là et indispensable à Annecy. Si vous venez en train la gare est à 100 mètres. Tous les lieux sont à 5 minutes dont la vieille ville et le lac. Très bon accueil. Pour résumer super séjour.

Un agréable sejour

Tres bel appartement, très bien situé, proche de centre-ville et la vieille ville. L’appartement est bien équipé, surtout la cuisine. La literie est de bonne qualité aussi. Exposition sud, soleil toute la journée L’accès est un peu compliqué à trouver la première fois, je vous conseille de mettre rue président Favre dans le gps, à voir avec le gérant pour plus de précisions
