Morning Star condos are located at the base of Red Resort.
204 Morning Star is a second-floor beautiful condo with large entrance and a bench to put your gear on before a day on the hill or trails. The floors are slate tile with in-floor heating, a cozy gas fireplace and hot tub with a view of Red. This suite is accessed by an elevator, to ease the tired legs after a day in the great outdoors.
Morning Star 204 has carpet throughout the hallways and bedrooms and beautiful wood accents, including solid wood doors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser, gas stove with granite countertops. Looking into the living room there is plenty of natural light with access to the spacious deck and hot tub where you can take in the views.
Featuring 2 bedrooms (Queen, Double-over-Double bunk) a full bathroom and half bathroom, marble counter tops. This condo also includes 1 heated underground parking spot, elevator, forced air furnace, Renaii on-demand hot water system.
This suite is a mere 300m to the day lodge, restaurants, and chairlift, no fighting for parking here!

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us! Please be aware that a cleaning fee is charged for bookings less thasn three days.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

We enjoyed 3 days here. The space is warm and inviting with a nice view. It is close to the resort and has good restaurants in the area. We hope to be back.

Condo was great. Parking spot was good too! We had friends staying at the Josie and they were jealous we had a hot tub. Very clean and private. Great view of Red chair and night skiing! Will stay here again if available
Very nice place with wonderful access to the slopes.It's just a short walk to the lifts at Red, making it easy to pop in for lunch or a short break between ski sessions. Place had everything we needed, and it was really nice having a spot in the garage. We brought enough groceries to last our stay and never had to drive anywhere. Host communication was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely love to stay here again if we return to Red.

Enjoyed our stay, use of the hot tub, bbq and cooking. Our walk to the lifts took less than 10 minutes all geared up and with kids. AND, our volvo xc90 fit in the large garage space with the car top carrier on it! Huge bonus!
As advertised. Spacious, comfortable. Awesome entrance for all your ski gear. Walk across the parking lot to the hill. All amenities you need in condo. There was construction of new building next door starting at 7am, but didn't really bother us.
Our group consisted of 4 people (all 40+ males). The communication with the host was informative, timely and top notch. There was a checkout on the same day as our arrival. A flooding issue was discovered and disclosed only two hours before anticipated check-in which was troublesome BUT they found us another place with more space for the same price, same distance from hill and we were hung up for only an hour or so. I found this to be very reasonable. The accommodations were well appointed and we had a wonderful time!
This is a well-equipped and nicely furnished condo that is a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlifts and Day Lodge. It is modern, clean, and quiet at night The gas fireplace adds ambiance and keeps the whole apartment warm. I have 2 criticisms:1. There is an ongoing large-scale construction project directly across the road, less than 100 meters away. Unfortunately it partly blocks the view, but more important is the noise factor during daytime hours. Don't plan on an afternoon siesta until this construction is completed.2. Check out instructions were somewhat ambiguous in terms of what's expected of the renter and the laundry.
the condo was clean and nice. The booking/reservation team was fantastic. Short walk to Red Mountain chair. 100 yards go so..across a parking lot. great view of the mountain. easy parking.
Views of the mountain and a short walk to lifts make this an ideal location for skiers. Property was tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean! Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Setting was quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill and cozy sitting area with large TV.
