Host was a realty service apparently - you are told not to contact the upstairs people. This is a basement suite and there is a lot of noise from people walking around upstairs. Otherwise it's clean, there's a laundry, bed is comfortable. It's right on a golf course - that's great if that's your thing - otherwise its a drive to anywhere - store, town, etc.
