36TH FLOOR SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW! LARGE CORNER UNIT

We are excited to announce the REOPENING OF THE RECREATION DECK ON APRIL 20, 2026. Located only 1 block from world famous Waikiki Beach, this ocean facing, large corner unit with lanai and extra windows on the 36th floor, has panoramic views of the ocean, beach, pool, and Diamond Head, not to mention the sunrise and sunset views. Breathtaking!

Our condo has been completely upgraded in April 2026!! Enjoy the new and fresh feel of all our upgrades!! The living room is spacious and has furniture with a bright and airy tropical touch. Enjoy our full sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for your comfort and our two lazy boy chairs. Also for your enjoyment is a 50'' Smart TV with over 100 channels. There’s a full sized kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator and fully equipped, new cabinets for all your cooking needs, along with an adjoining dining area. The kitchen and bathroom have Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed and an additional TV surrounded by ocean views. Also for your convenience, there are two doors leading into the bathroom, one from the bedroom and one from the living room. Included in the nightly rate is Wifi and parking. (a parking pass is supplied with the condo) Our unit is air conditioned for your comfort. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards.


The Waikiki Banyan is a very well maintained and family friendly resort. The brand new recreation deck features a large pool and 3 hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, picnic/ BBQ area, and a children's playground. You will find a convenience store and specialty coffee cafe located right outside the elevators in tower one of the main lobby and a laundry room just outside our condo door.

We were familiar with the building and the surrounding area, as we'd stayed there several times before, but in a different apartment. This apartment is fantastic, especially because it's a corner apartment with a breathtaking view. The apartment has everything you need and is well-equipped. We'd love to come back! Everything was perfect!

Spectacular views. Great location. Parking included, with spots available! The only minor drawback was that the pool is closed for a number of months, but this was made clear to us before we checked in, so no surprises. Overall great stay.

The room was great, with spectacular views of Diamond Head and the ocean. The unit is close to the Waikiki beach, well within walking distance, and to the main shopping area. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The only con was that the a few of the appliances seem to be very dated such as the oven and iron, and the bathroom and kitchen could use a refresh. Other then those truly minor things the room was awesome and the views spectacular, will definitely stay again.

Everything is good except the pool is closed for renovation. The pool closure notice was put at the very end of the property description. We missed it. Our bad. But it should have been at the beginning of the property description not at the end. Lesson learned.

Very satisfied with our stay in your apartment. We were there for a week and the location was perfect. And the view of Diamond Head did not disappoint. Wonderful accommodations for the price. We’ll be back!

Beautiful space!

We loved this corner apartment in Waikiki. The views and sunsets every day were just gorgeous - highly recommend! Unfortunately the pool / rec center wasn’t open but that would’ve made the stay even better

Property was located in a great area, easy to walk to beach, shops, restaurants and mall. Very clean and well stocked. Dies need some maintenence, window in bedroom was broken and didn't close all the way and a few cabinet doors were broken. I would stay again.

Spectacular views from every room! Great location (beach 2 blocks, coffee shop on first floor, laundry room next door to unit). The A/C unit and fans inside the unit were covered in dust and you had to pump the water from the AC tray every day to avoid waking up to a wet balcony. We were told ahead of time that the pool was closed which was reflected in the reduced price. Aside from the dust everything else was good. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again.

The views from this property were amazing! We had a cozy stay here. There were a few issues with the windows not closing fully and the air conditioner works, but is very loud so we couldn't use it at night. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and boogie boards and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Great location.

What an incredible spot to stay in, we can’t thank Shari enough for hosting us in such a lovely, comfortable and CLEAN apartment. Perfect location, we got a car so ventured everywhere around the island during the day, but returned in the evening and walked to dinners! Shari was responsive with every question we had and check out instructions were easy to follow. Loved being at the top of the tower and all the way on the corner so we had a great view of Diamond Head and the beach! The complex was very quiet which we appreciated and on the evenings we stayed in, the big smart TV was great to use! We will be returning in the future!!

Great location, wonderful apartment and view.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have any problems at all. One of the highlights was definitely the view — it was absolutely breathtaking! From our balcony, we could see Diamond Head, and it truly felt like a million-dollar view. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again.

I truly enjoyed our stay. All the windows made it so that you can see the ocean from almost every room. Honestly this view was better than my view from the Ritz, lol. The condo has everything you need. If you're thinking of booking don't hesitate.
