The Mon~Paulette is named after two beautiful french sisters, Ooh-La-La. Tastefully decorated with original art by local artist, Monique de Montigny. Our home is a combination of Monique's French Provincial style an Paulette's vintage Miami vibe and her love of clean lines influenced with a hint of an Asian flair. It is my hope that you feel so comfortable and welcomed at the Mon~Paulette you will want to come back year after year and make it your home away from home.
The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen bed and large walk-in closet. Master bathroom is separate from vanity area, which is nice for privacy. The bay window faces the back yard which makes this bedroom light and airy. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable full bed and large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a flat-screen TV, with basic cable and WiFi. New towels, linens, duvet covers and pillow protectors to keep everything sanitary for our guests. Both bathrooms are fresh, clean, and newly painted.
The living room has large flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and DVD collection for your enjoyment. A comfortable couch and separate seating area for reading or listening to music. The kitchen is bright and clean with Keurig Coffee Maker, Nutro Bullet blender, microwave and dish washer. A separate dining room open to the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy two separate patios which includes misters (side patio), propane BBQ, swing, and patio furniture for lounging. There is a 2 car garage, car port, and front load washer and dryer in garage.
The Mon~Paulette is conveniently located directly across the street from all the amenities which include an 18 hole golf course, pro golf shop, full gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The Club House provides entertainment, activities, a bar, restaurant and Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. There are multiple pools, tennis courts, and a library located in the community within walking distance.
Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 minute drive which includes bars, nightlife, Film Festival, and Modernism Week. El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs, is a 5 minute drive with upscale shopping, art galleries, restaurants and an annual Fashion Show Week. Casinos such as Morongo and Aqua Caliente are 30 minutes away, close to the outlet stores. Indio, home of Coachella Music Festival and Stage Coach are also a 30 minute drive. If you like to hike, Joshua Tree is about a 30 min drive and while you are there don't miss Pioneer Town, an Old West motion-picture set, built in 1940's. A number of movie and TV shows were filmed such as The Cisco Kid and Judge Roy Bean. For you Vegas lovers the lights and glam of the Strip is about a 4 hour drive.The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is another fun get away: it takes you from the heat of the desert to the top of San Jacinto Mountain for cool fresh air and spectacular views.
At the end of your day weather you are off exploring all the wonders and excitement of the desert or you just want to relax and enjoy the amenities at the country club you always have a comfortable home to return to. Our home is a gated 55+ manufactured home community, but you wouldn't know it. Once inside you will find active fun residents and guest that come to enjoy all that is offered. Just keep in mind, not only do we have year round residents there are also many snowbirds that are here for their winter home as well as winter renters. Please be respectful and obey the simple rules of our friendly, fun association while you enjoy your stay. 6 month cancellation policy if booked one year in advanced.
