The Mediterranea is an exciting, upscale 4 story luxury gated condominium resort located on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Mediterranea is indeed special and features gorgeous, manicured gardens, a huge pool in the center of the complex, community clubhouse, fitness center, underground parking and a gazebo which leads to the beach. This complex is by far, the classiest in all of Destin!

Our exquisite 2 BR/2.5 BA remodeled unit will sleep 8 comfortably and is located on the West end of the complex, which is perfect for watching those amazing sunsets! You have breathtaking Gulf views from anywhere in the condo including the large wrap-around balcony where you can drink your coffee or sip your wine while you watch for dolphins, listen to the surf or take a swim in the huge pool which is located in the center of the manicured grounds. This unit now comes with free beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) beginning in early March until October 31.

Our condo is in pristine condition and features a brand new kitchen with new white cabinets, tiled back splash, granite counters and brand new stainless appliances. The living room is styled with comfort in mind with a cozy reclining couch, a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating for a large family. The master bedroom is very classy, includes a king size bed and comes with its own master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks with granite counters and build-in makeup dresser. The second large bedroom features a queen bed AND full size bed and also comes with its own bathroom. There is a half bath in the hall for guests. There is a blow up queen bed (that you conveniently plug in) instead of a pull out couch!

Unit 312D truly comes with everything you need to have an amazing vacation including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Mediterranea is located just steps from Pompano Joe's on Scenic Gulf Drive, and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters, water park, Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the Harbor Docks, the Track, numerous Arcades, and tons of shopping!

Property is beautiful, great location and easy private beach access. Pompano Joe's restaurant is a must, it's worth the long wait, especially the crab cakes.

We had a wonderful time. The location was good with beach chairs setup daily and close to events for July 4th. Donna was wonderful and helped with all the questions we had while we were there. Close to 30A and Destin so don’t hesitate to book.

Everything was outstanding. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Issue with tv remote first night, but Donna had cox cable there on monday morning to quickly issue a new one. I wish the pool would have been heated. The condo was very clean. Beautiful views. We really enjoyed the gazebo across the street.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful and conveniently located property. We loved the view from every room and the balcony. The location was great. Close to Destin, but a little less crowded and the beaches were beautiful. Pool was huge with lots of seating which was also very nice. We would definitely rent here again.

Lovely home at a beautiful beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had all the comforts of home while on vacation. The kids loved the private beach (an easy walk across the street) and the pool. Great location – easy access to 30a and Destin but on a quieter beach. We’ll keep this in mind for future vacations.

This condo was everything the pictures show plus more. Very clean, well stocked, and great location. The owners have everything you need for a great stay! When we walked in you could tell detailed cleaning had been done before our arrival. Very appreciated especially during this time.

Great Condo

Our two month Destin stay was awesome this year. Donna, our property manager was amazing. We called with an issue about the master bed and a new mattress, box springs, mattress cover and sheets were there the next business day. She even let us try the new mattress at the store before she paid for it. She is great and the condo is perfect!!

Property was well maintained and our unit was in a nice location. The only criticism is that the ceiling fans did not have light fixtures so the bedrooms were very dark. Even with sliding doors.

We celebrated my 50th birthday at the Mediterranea. We loved this condo. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need. We have stayed at the Mediterranea several times over the years and have never been disappointed. We thought this was the best room we have stayed in a the Mediterranea. We have already booked again.
