The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle.

The lounge, offering a beautiful view of the sea, includes a television, a sofa, a coffee table and an armchair. A glazed door provides access to the terrace.
