Here is a unique experience. It used to be a chapel so you have 1 big open space 2400 square feet. It will be a bit like camping . You can customize it to suit your needs. Contact if interested.

I am a fencing coach along with my wife is my business partner and co-coach. We have two daughters ages 12 and 15.
Why they chose this property
This Chapel was built in the mid-1930's. We are a very short walk from Mount Sinai Harbor. 2.5 miles from the beach, train, or quaint Port Jefferson. We have changed this open space many times. We have used it for our wedding reception, a playground with trampolines, swings and slides, and dorms for my fencing camps. It is open and all exposed, we added heat (although not too efficient due to the old windows) and air conditioning two years ago.
What makes this property unique
It is extremely fun and relaxing for hanging out. You can arrange it anyway you like and the architecture is very interesting.
