Our condo is perfectly situated on the 2nd floor directly overlooking the beach and outdoor pools. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit. With over 2,600 sq ft the vacation property is very spacious and comfortable. No expense was spared turning this condo into the perfect beach vacation spot with all new furnishings from great lines like Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. New mattresses, tv's, lighting, kitchen inventory, paint and drapes too!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, HDTVs 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the Master, a full over full and twin over twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom, a king bed in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the other 4br unit on this floor and a 3br unit on the 2nd floor should you have a large group and need more space.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

2nd flour beats all

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

Spacious condo and great location

The condo was spacious and the location on the 2nd floor was great so we didn’t need to take the elevator. We loved the large patio and having 5 bathrooms. The condo building was located in a nice spot to walk to a few places. The condo itself does need a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the entire week from the floors. The bathrooms needed extra cleaning when we got there that we did ourselves. The living room ceiling had a lot of dust on it. Many of the walls and doors were really dirty. We were also woken by a garbage truck or construction at 4am. Overall, it fit our 6 adults and 4 kids.

What you see is what you get - which is a positive!

Group of 13 of us comprised of 4 families were able to very comfortably spend a week together in this space. The common areas are large and perfect for large parties. The patio allowed us to eat, some to lay, and the kids (age 1-12) to run around to whomever they wanted to visit with. We will stay again once I recover from the chaos that comes with a large party! Bring paper towels and toilet paper because you will only get a starter kit of low quality. The cleanliness I would give a 4+ if that was a possibility. Our socks showed that the floors needed a good mop job and the ceiling around the fan a dusting. Nothing more than what my own home likely needs after the end of a busy sport season. The ice machine in the wet bar was a nice surprise that I overlooked on the listing. The small ice was great for drinks and to add to 20oz bottles that we took to the pool. I was able to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind and open to hearing any suggestions we had to improve our future stays. I appreciated his genuine interest.

Great location!

We made a short detour to Gulf Shores on our way to Florida for our annual family trip. The corner unit has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach as well. The best part was being on the second floor. There were always lines to the elevator, and we just walked up a flight of stairs. The space was well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need a deep clean. Including the doors, trim/baseboards, carpets and vents. You should definitely read the details very carefully as very little was provided. A starter supply truly means that. If you’re staying more than a day, be sure to have additional trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. Specifically, no beach towels, so be sure to bring your own. There was definitely lots for my teenage boys to do. The beach was busy, staff was very friendly, Specifically Anthony at the front desk. We would return, but it was a bit pricey for the unit and what it had to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The linen service used for this unit is horrible. The towels and hand towels were extremely old, thin and felt like sandpaper. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils to prepare a meal. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacing and the TV remotes needed batteries and were missing battery covers. The toilet seat was broken in the master bedroom and standing in the corner when we arrived. Nothing major wrong with the unit, it just needs some attention. The condo association needs to enforce rules regarding drinks / food in the pool. Regarding parking, it was a nightmare for us. No spaces are marked corresponding to the units owned / rented so it is first come, first serve and the spaces are very small. We had to park on the 14th floor several times for a 2nd floor condo unit.
