Less than a mile from Mile High Stadium, the Shops at Highland Square, Sloans Lake, and Downtown Denver. Walk or Uber to the game, concert, lake, coffee, brewery, or restaurant. No shortage of fun, food, and activities nearby. Separate, locked UPSTAIRS apartment unit with its own entrance. I've tried to take my own travel experiences into account when laying out this place. My goal is to provide a place that you can enjoy as a vacation, work, or temporary living situation, or maybe all the above!

Such a fantastic Spot

Visiting our grandchildren in Denver

The accommodations were a perfect location to visit with our grandchildren who live on the south side of Sloans Lake.They were also convenient to downtown Denver where enjoyed listening to music at some of the jazz clubs.

Great Location

This was a great location and cute little neighborhood. I'm not sure what happened to the bed off the kitchen but it had a huge amount of sagging in it and was incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up practically on the floor.

Upstairs apartment was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping without being IN the city. Very cute and well decorated, felt very much like home. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved being able to walk around the neighborhood in the evenings! Apartment was very clean and well kept. Parking was easy! Tyler was super responsive and very helpful anytime I had questions! Would absolutely stay here again!

Through my travels I have come to appreciate the feeling you get when someone elects to host you. It's way more fun than staying at hotel, right?! It gives me joy to host you at my home.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because I love the location. It's close enough to downtown and all the amenities of a city, yet just far enough (approx. 1 mile) outside that you see kids walking down the street and families heading to the park.

What makes this property unique

There is a truly cozy feeling to the space. It's hard to describe without sounding cheesy, but you just feel very comfortable and at-ease when you're here.
