The built-in bunks are perfect for the kids in this family friendly resort and the washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh. Fun Week-End Getaway

Great property - very clean and a great pool area. The staff was accommodating and the whole check in / out process was very user friendly. The condo itself was roomy for 2 adults and one small child!! Loved the patio area and the shower. We loved that the property was not in the middle of town - it was quiet and the beach seemed very private, EVEN on a Saturday afternoon. The pool area was amazing and super clean!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great summer time vacation destination

We came for summer vacation. We were amazed from the start. Check in was easy and our condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Ladder up to the top bunk wasn’t secured so our daughter decided to sleep on the couch. She was totally ok with that. That was the only hiccup we had and it wasn’t even a big one. Loved the location of our condo and how easy it was to get to everything on the property as well as the beach! Loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of Port Aransas. We will definitely be coming back!

Don't go if it's raining!

We really enjoyed our stay and made the most of it. However, It rained quite a bit which is not the bad part. The ceiling leaked.... all throughout the living area including on the sleeper sofa where my girls were sleeping. They did not have another visit for us to switch to, but they did reimburse one night's rent. After visiting with maintenance this is a regular occurrence when it rains at the Mayan Princes. Also, the windows were howling as they did not close properly. We loved the access to the beach and the pools and hot tub was fun even while it was raining.

The condo was neat and clean. We had a problem with the sliding door but we went and purchased some sand paper and 3 in 1 oil. It works much better now. The only other thing that I suggest is to get some room darkening curtains. The light outside shines right inside the room. I will be coming back next year. THANKS!!!!!!!

Clean, Convenient, Fun!

We had an amazing time here! The premises were clean and so close to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with essential cooking ware and cups, plates, etc. We had an issue with our automatic lock not locking and maintenance was there to fix it within 5 min. at 10pm! We were very impressed! The beach access was so convenient and the pool area was so clean. There were even showers before you get back on the premises from the beach to rinse sand off. We will absolutely be back!

Great Bed! Nice Pools.

The condo was nice and as pictured. It could use some upgrades on refrigerator and dryer. Everything else worked well. Great air conditioner. Very comfortable bed! People at check in were very friendly.
