Wonderful studio condo just across the street from the beach. There is a swimming pool just a short drive away. Many public Golf courses in the area.
This private second floor walk up condo has a screened in balcony to enjoy.
There is a pull out sofa so it can sleep 4 total including the king size bed. The washer and dryer in the unit is there for you to use.
We have beach chairs and towels for the beach. We have a Keurig in our kitchen for coffee in the morning.
The unit comes with all lines and towels. You will find all the toiletries in the condo for your enjoyment.
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

Close to beach

Property was clean but as others have stated it is dated. Bed was fine for us. We used the place as an extra bedroom. As stated just steps to a lovely beach

Great family trip

I wasn't sure what to expect at this price point in a vacation rental, but this turned out to be a very enjoyable trip! This was a bit of a last minute trip and I didn’t have much time to research. It turned out to be a great little spot if you want to stay somewhere safe, quiet and steps away from the beach. Our family of 5 were able to stay comfortably in this unit - the pull out couch was perfect for our older two boys and we brought our crib mattress for our littlest. My husband and I shared the bed and were comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beach and exploring Saint Augustine, so we really just needed a quiet spot to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. Also, having a washer/dryer in the unit was great! We easily accessed Sawgrass and had the pool to ourselves! This was a great trip and we hope to return soon.

Relaxing Family Trip

Lovely community excellent location super convenient to the beach pool was a bit far but really nice and relatively quiet very nice people everywhere condo was lovely and comfy really nice high ceilings a bit outdated but we didn't mind things to do were not super close but we were mainly interested in the beach the pool and the relaxation, enjoyed it immensely, super great deal so nice it was available at the last minute! :-)

Spacious studio with great beach space

Well-stocked, spacious, comfortable studio that I would book again! The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The balcony was roomy with three chairs and the fact that it was screened in was a bonus! It was a great spot to watch the thunderstorms roll in. (We just wish it had a fan.) Beach access was much closer than I expected with a nice deck walkway, showers, and hose to rinse away the sand. The beach area was not crowded at all. We appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella—they made our day easier and more comfortable. (We loved them so much that we are going to buy a set of our own.) The water was beautiful and clear the first day. (Storms brought in rough waves the next couple of days, but we enjoyed it anyway.) We found lots of sharks teeth too. The pool was a short drive, and it overlooks a pretty pond area with birds, turtles, and large fish. There are restrooms there too. Owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate getting to stay here!

Very clean and tasteful studio

The unit was across the street from the beach and beach access. The neighborhood was very well kept and upscale. The area was safe and quiet. I especially liked the desk area.

Right across from the beach!

Overall this place was exactly as listed. Came for a wedding at TPC Sawgrass but also wanted to make a little beach vacation out of it. Short walk to the beach and about 10-15 mins drive to TPC Sawgrass. Very nice community and surroundings. Enjoyed our stay!

Location Location Location

My partner & I were there for a friend’s event. We spent most of our weekend away from condo. We slept there. We boiled eggs, made coffee and drank wine. Condo well stocked for what we did. The towels were plush. The bed & pillows comfortable. It was cold so we did not sit out but the porch looked nice. Interior dated but everything worked and we did not care. Comfortable couch and plenty of closet space.

Cozy beach getaway

Better than a hotel room, this studio is steps from the beach and includes the gear you need — umbrella, chairs and towels. So nice to have washer and dryer, and renter provides everything to make your stay easy and a little nicer. Lovely little screened balcony is perfect for late afternoon cocktail hour. We are repeat customers and will definitely return again!

Great Location

A great location for the beach. The unit itself is pretty dated appliance wise. Need to patch some holes and a fresh coat of paint would be a good idea. It worked for a 3 day getaway.

Ponte Vedra Beach Stay

I stayed here while waiting for my new home to be finished. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. I'd stay there again if I ever needed to.
