All bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Large Living, Dining and Kitchen on entry level with plenty of family room. Condo has dedicated 1 car garage. Parking on-site is limited to 2 vehicles (1 inside garage and 1 parked in front of garage door)

HOA STRICTLY PROHIBITS PETS by guests. $200 fine AND REMOVAL FROM COMPLEX WITHOUT A REFUND. ALL food and trash MUST be removed upon check-out at 10.
