This modern farmhouse is extremely centrally located between downtown and north Berkeley. Within a half a mile are a Bart station, Trader Joe's, the Gourmet Ghetto and its amenities including the Cheeseboard, Safeway's and the post office, the list goes on. Campus is 3/4 miles away.

In case you do need to drive, there is an off street parking spot available behind the house. It comes fully furnished with linens, kitchen amenities and everything else you need for your stay.

We had a great stay at the Farm House! The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and the host was wonderful to work with. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Great management

The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager (Sunny) made a Herculean effort to make sure our stay was perfect. I would rent any VRBO property from her.

Spacious home however the property was unfortunately poorly cleaned and maintained with a lot of existing wear and tear. Keypad code did not work upon arrival. Rooms and windows were dusty and dirty, shower handle broke off twice, odorous rooms with no screen windows for ventilation, kitchen sink handle missing control buttons, privacy film on bathroom window bubbled/peeled, thin and sagging mattresses, stained bed pillows and spider webs and spiders inside and outside of the home. Could not utilize the yard or small deck. It was extremely dirty and dusty with spider webs and dry grass throughout yard.Vacuum smelled of spoiled milk when in-use. Biggest inconvenience was the buildup in the washer. No amount of self cleaning cycles would remove the mold and we were not comfortable utilizing during our long safely. Both vacuum and washer need to be replaced or deep cleaned properly. Owner accused us of throwing away shower handle and questioned the timing of the photos. Photos were taken with date stamp and shared after stay as we were vacationing and did not have time to address immediately.
