We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Lots of room for all of us to spread out. Clean and cute. The book of activities gave lots of suggestions of places to visit. Sam was extremely helpful when communicating with her. We would definitely stay here again if we come out west.

Perfect spot to explore

We loved this place for our family- we weee able to see Horseshoe bend, coral pink sand dunes, Moqui caves, Zion, peekaboo canyon and great chamber, and the Grand Canyon! It was a great place to come home to after our day travels.

Great rental for larger families

Great find

The house was clean, plenty of towels and sheets, kitchen had a lot of supplies. The owner was very accommodating, communication was great. I definitely recommend and will try to book it again when back in the area.

Cute little town home with awesome views!

Sam communicated with us very well from the start. Everything was clean and just as pictured. My family and I were able to do 4 hikes, attend a birthday, as well as visit lake Powell...all very close to this little tucked away neighborhood. View out both sides. Would recommend 👌

It would have been nice if Sam would have answered our question (given four times, I think). But we survived perfectly well.Light at top of the stairs is out.Maybe some more teaspoons would be nice (plenty of large soup spoons). Everything else was perfectly fine. Thanks. Bill

VERY clean and simple

This little townhouse made our friends ask, "Why haven't we rented THIS PLACE before, instead of staying at hotels in Kanab?" Very clean, simply furnished, and comfortable. Location-wise it is close enough to town for eating out or grabbing groceries. The surrounding area is pleasant and scenic for walking around. We will most likely be renting this unit again.

El Pueblo townhome

This townhome had a very nice location, the kitchen was well appointed, the decor was nice. It was a short walk to downtown, and Kanab Is a really nice place. We really enjoyed the hot air balloon festival, and the weather was perfect! Be forewarned, there is only a one cup coffee pot. That was a minus mark for us. I would stay here again.

Great place with a noisy fridge

Almost everything about this place was perfect. It is updated, clean, the beds were comfy, etc. Our only complaint is that the fridge made a loud, horrendous noise half the time we were there. It was only one night so not a huge deal for us, but if we’d been there longer it would have been a big issue. We mentioned it to the property owner/manager but didn’t hear back from her. Other than the fridge this would have been an easy five star.

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying here! Sam was very helpful and responded quickly. The townhome is very nice and slept the 8 adults in my family comfortably. Beautiful scenery right outside the windows!

Spacious and great quiet location

The townhouse was immaculate, has very spacious rooms, perfect for our family of 4. Backyard faced mountains, and a fenced horse area. Quiet neighborhood, but very close drive to market/restaurants.

Fantastic Place & Wonderful Hosts

We had a wonderful stay here with our two young kids. Samantha was wonderful from the start of the booking all the way until check-out. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly to interact with. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, especially after long days hiking and exploring. The surroundings are beautiful and there was even a horse not far from the back porch that the kids liked waving to and watching graze. We were fortunate to be there during a full moon, which was stunning over the cliff you can see from the back porch. We would definitely stay here again.
