Quiet residential area on a no-drive beach, yet only 10 min to Daytona Beach, 45 min to St. Augustine, 1 hour to Orlando
Entire condo recently updated, top to bottom. Brand new furniture in both bedrooms and living room, new mattresses (higher-end plush hybrid mattresses), all new flooring, pine board tongue n groove ceilings, granite counters in kitchen/both baths, & overall "beachy decor" throughout. Everything to ensure guest comfort for longer term stays! Cable TV and in-unit private WIFI included. In-Unit private Washer/Dryer.
Unobstructed ocean views from almost every room, including from the kitchen, living room and king-bed Primary Bedroom. No "side ocean views" here, only direct oceanfront living. No "tight" balcony; double the size of most.
With a versatile 2/2 split-plan layout, the Primary Bedroom overlooking the water w/ direct access to the balcony from the Primary, guests will enjoy the functionality, wonderful panoramic ocean views, great "quiet" location with uncrowded beaches, yet near enough to "the action" of Daytona Beach if desired or the historical charm of St. Augustine just to the north.
