The private balcony off the living room features two comfortable chairs and gorgeous forest views.

Guests will have numerous options for hiking, biking, and nordic skiing in the immediate area, as well as a bus stops just steps away, providing quick and easy access to Summit County. Spend a day on the water and rent a pontoon or kayak, or have a leisurely day of shopping at the Silverthorne Outlets. Come winter, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all within a half-hour. When you're taking a break from the slopes, give snow tubing a try, or take a scenic gondola ride at one of the resorts for panoramic mountain views.

It can be exciting to view Colorado's wildlife, but it is important to do so at a safe distance. Most dangerous and potentially harmful encounters with wildlife occur because people fail to leave animals alone. Wildlife should not be harassed, captured, domesticated or fed. Intentional or inadvertent feeding is the major cause of most wildlife problems. It is illegal in Colorado to intentionally place or distribute feed, salt blocks or other attractants for large animals.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
