STUDIO UNIT that can sleep up to 4 and has Mini Kitchen
Most rooms have a Queen Bed ( a few have a Double Murphy Bed)
and all rooms also have a Queen Sleeper Sofa plus 1 bathroom

ACCESS to OWNERS PENTHOUSE LOUNGE located on 26th floor with PANORAMIC VIEWS of WAIKIKI BEACH, FREE morning coffee and teas and Free Mia Tia’s , punch & snacks on Wednesday from 1 to 2. Plus you can watch the Fireworks there on Fridays

The Imperial Hawaii has a roof top heated pool, hot tubs, small gym, spa,coin- op laundry.
Off the lobby is a ABC store with deli and a 24 hr Denny’s restaurant.
Valet parking is available you will get the OWNERS DISCOUNTED RATE of $20 per day or $100 per week.

This was the biggest waste of money. Go somewhere else!

This guest sent in booking request a week before arriving and l had no rooms available. I was able to provide a Studio that was through a friend that owned a Studio at the Imperial. He didn’t like this owners Studio and because it was not a timeshare unit he couldn’t use the owners lounge.

We have been owners at the Imperial Hawaii since 1980. We currently own 12 studio weeks and 2 one bedroom two bathrooms weeks. We have been retired since 2016 and we have been staying 8 to 9 weeks in Hawaii from New Years until March. We have been renting out the weeks we have not used.

Why they chose this property

5 star location but not the 5 star price like all the properties that surround the Imperial.
Having mini kitchens in studios and full kitchens in the 1 bedroom gives you the opportunity to fix some meals in your room.
Have a Owners Penthouse Lounge on the 26th floor allows you to have Panoramic views on Waikiki plus pool table, big screen tv and 2600 sq ft place to meet friends or family.
