Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located at the Alexander Hotel with direct access to the beach including great amenities.

This spacious apartment is located in the remodeled historic Alexander Hotel. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room space, living room and balcony. The unique setting of the building allows views both from the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterways. All the rooms have cable TV and great high speed internet which Is also available through the building.

The kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
Complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware are included.
Linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer, amenities and an iron.

Maximum occupancy of 6. This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 full) ), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space.

Washer and Dryers are available on each floors.

Enjoy the hotel's amenities which include a heated pool with lots of lounging space, 2 jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness Center, tiki bar, coffee shop and gift shop.
Watersports and boat rental options on site (additional charge). Great concierge available to give you tips and advice on where to go and what to do.

Check in through the hotel's front desk. $5 refundable wristbands are necessary for full access to the building.

The Alexander Hotel is conveniently located in Mid Beach, less than 10 minutes away from the heart to South Beach. Many groceries and quick eats options are available walking distance. Citibike station is located across the street as well as the Free mid beach trolley has a stop right outside the building and takes you all the way to South Beach or North Beach. Convenience shop located in the lobby and supermarket 5 minutes away.

The building is located along side the beach and the access is located on the lower level, through the pool area. Due to the residential nature of the area, the beaches are quiet and peaceful. The newly remodeled boardwalk will take you all the way to Ocean Drive. Kids playground and public parking are located nearby. 30 Mins from Miami International Airport.

Beautiful facilities and staff! Maintenance very poor, Many items in the rooms substandard from the elevator to the shower with bath tub but sans plug for bath, AC in one bedroom out and concern ignored when reported to management company, toilet loose, refrigerator door broken, nail sticking out of drawer in bathroom, light out in one hot tub, substandard beach chairs and umbrella. Would not book with same management company again.

The staff was a A big help even with advise like things to do for travelers we went to 3 out of a lot places they said and they were great as they said. It’s very clean . Extra clean for covid purposes not a stain on the floor

The Best :)

Everyone was really nice and we had a great time, the only downfall is the outside bar at the pool ....they were super expensive and refused to play anything but loud Hispanic music...many people left the pool area due to the music and the outrageous bar prices . The front desk staff was super helpful and kind our room was great - Thank you and we will be back !

Dirty and rundown

Every wall was covered in filth, looked to be never washed, mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms cracked walls, peeling paint, dirty sheets, comforters, and bedskirts. Absolutely disgusting when we asked for new sheets they said they came to our room and tried to find the stains, but couldn’t find any. WTH We couldn’t get half the lights to work. The hotel itself was very unwelcoming unless you’re Jewish you will not be treated politely here.

Wonderful experience!

This hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Spacious, beautiful balcony with beach and pool views and you are steps from the beach. I stayed with three friends and we had two bathrooms which was great, although one of the showers was broken. Would definitely stay here again when at Miami Beach!

Great spot to take advantage of Miami Beach

We had a pretty seamless stay here. Perfect for the 4 adults we had… 2 rooms with 4 comfortable beds. Balcony has great view of both the beach and Miami skyline. The pool area is great and seems recently upgraded, and access to the beach couldn’t be easier. It’s also a super quick ride to the heart of south beach, without needing to stay in the middle of it.

Just ok

The property manager was very accomodating as our flight was delayed by several hours and we missed check-in time. But once we got to the property, the front desk was all attitude. I booked the property and they would not let me in at first because they had my name wrong. Even when shown confirmation emails, it was an issue just to get my bracelet. The poolside waiters were AMAZING and soo nice. But when walking around the property, it was very loud with some of the occupants that it made it hard to sleep at night.

Nice Condo on the Beach

The condo was very nice and clean. We went for my sisters 55 birthday and it was perfect. We choose not to rent a car and the free trolley rides was good for us. We had 6 ladies and only 3 rolls of toilet paper so I will recommend more tissue or at least 5 new rolls. We started with 2 half rolls and each bathroom had an extra roll not enough. Lobby and pool is beautiful good pictures. Didn’t have to communicate with the host every thing was good until the last day no toilet paper. Still wish the host would have at least check on us. But everything was good. I will stay again.

Great Quick Trip

My family and I took a quick trip to Miami and found this condo to be in a great and safe location. We were on the beach, close to the night life and good food. The area is busy but not overwhelming. The condo was sufficient for 6 people, we had a great time!

Expensive “Hotel”

This place is a hotel. Pictures are extremely misleading. Couldn’t even take a bottle of water to the pool, had to buy them from the bar where drinks started at $18. Room is right by the elevator so very loud. Zero contact with the owner. First time renting with VRBO, pretty disappointed.

Good & Safe Location

Very spacious interior and comfortably sleeps 8. View from the balcony is outstanding. Pool was very nice and tiki bar service was top notch, they'll even bring you drinks on the beach. They did shut down the pool, restaurant, and beach access fairly early (8pm?), but this could be seasonal (evenings are dark in Dec) or COVID related, not sure. Not a far drive from SOBE at all. Not a lot of dining options within walking distance, but this is most of mid-beach. Store in lobby keeps pretty good hours and has a plethora of food options. Parking lot is 25 second walk away and cost is $1 an hour, max of $12 daily. Would 100% stay in this condo again. Property Manager Vanessa was totally responsive, multiple times and met every need.
