Beautifully renovated home is an easy 150 step walk to the chairlifts at Park City Mountain Resort. These lifts are being upgraded to high speed quads summer 2026. If Deer Valley or Main Street is your destination take the free city bus across the street (3x/hour). Ski School at Park City meets close by, just above First Time lift. Don't want to pay for lunch on the mountain? It is so close you can come "home". Skip the $27 hamburger and get back easily to ski in the afternoon. Gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances can accomodate several cooks. New Asko dishwasher summer 2026.
Outdoor pool and hot tub are a short walk within 3 Kings complex. Quiet location on golf course which offers cross country skiing. One covered parking spot inc. Sleds available which can be used off back deck.
This is a fabulous spot for family vacation! New for 2025-26 season King BeautyRestPressure Smart 2.0 mattress in upstairs MBR. Leesa Sapira king mattress in downstairs ensuite purchased 2024-2025 season. New designer headboard downstairs. New HVAC system (w/AC) installed 2025. New deck sectional couch and dining table with chairs Tropitone brand 9/25.

Lovely condo with well stocked kitchen and large bedrooms. This was also a great location near the slopes with the bus stop into town just outside the building. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Five star decor with a Five Minute walk!

Amazing location - walking distance to main lifts without any of the noise or hustle and bustle. The townhome is absolutely beautiful and the fireplace really makes this feel like a resort !

Award winning designer recently stayed several days at this wonderful property. We came in during the first big snow storm of the season and the scenery was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and location was very quiet and peaceful. Owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Great Place!

An extremely nice condo right across the street from Park City Mountrain Resort. Great price and great digs and the owners are easy to work with. We were met at the condo by the property manager. I've stayed here twice now and would come back in a heartbeat!!!
