The chalet was as described and pictured. Perfect for our family of 6 with all of the amenities and plenty of space. The view of the mountains was so beautiful! We were a quick drive to nearby trailheads. Our host was very responsive when needed. My only critique is that there was only one towel per guest for our 4 day stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Thanks for your stay and glad you all enjoyed yourselves! Please note that we leave full towel sets for each guest. The chalet's housekeeping including washing of linens is provided by a third party vendor. The chalet does include a full washer/dryer if you need to run any loads in the course of the stay.
Thanks again for choosing Treetops and hope to see you again!
This chalet is great and worked out very well for our family of five. We had a small issue with the AC/heat, and the owner fixed the issue immediately. The view of the mountains is incredible, and the layout of the house is convenient. The hot tub was also a great addition after a long day of activities! It's so close to Ober Mountain, the Parkway, and the National Forest.
The cabin was perfect for us, cozy, great views, perfect size and a responsive owner. The three separate pool areas are great to hang out and getting to the National Park was supper easy.
The property was a big hit for the family. Clean, well located and the swimming pool as part of the HOA was a bonus. The property is also located well for the Gstkinburg activities.
I haven't stayed in many VRBO locations, but this one met all of my expectations. My family felt that the area was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable!
table chairs very uncomfortable. Hot water did not work well in upstairs bathroom. Very over priced.

Thank you for your stay and for your comment. Regarding the upstairs hot water- this issue could have been solved, as was suggested and turned down, by a visit from the maintenance person. After the stay we found that the hot water knob had been forced beyond the knob's internal control stop by a previous guest (30-min fix). For the holiday season the price is well within or below market rates- though we appreciate that the holiday season can be expensive. We try to offer fair prices at all times of year and do not use dynamic pricing which would be considerably more for Christmas.
Very clean! Everything was there that was in the posting! We had a bear encounter within 5 minutes of arriving but you’re in the mountains things happen!
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We all loved seeing the bears from the safe and comfortable distance the cabin provided. The property was beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable to stay in. The only drawback was not enough towels or toilet paper provided. One of the each more per person would have been sufficient. We had a great time!

Thanks for your stay and glad you all enjoyed yourselves! Appreciate the comments. Generally for short stays, the housekeepers have a standard setup of providing a towel set for each guest as well as 2 rolls of T.P. per bathroom. If guests require more, the Chalet Village Market half a mile away sales small packets of essentials. Thanks again!
This cabin was everything and more! We saw 21 bears from our cabin! Beautiful views of the smoky mountains. The cabin was clean and exactly how it was pictured. Loved using all the pools as well! We can’t wait to come back! Great location as well!
House was clean, accessible, great location to be in the mountains and get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hot Tub was clean and grill was easy to use. Beds were comfy! Owner was responsive and kind.
