The unit is completely furnished including sheets and towels and is ready to move in with your just your suitcases and food. The unit has a lovely southerly view over open space that used to the Hawks Run Golf Course, a spacious screened in lanai, and is extremely quiet because the Fairways Units are concrete construction.

The kitchen is spacious for a Bird Bay Development condo with a separate window nook for a kitchen table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware.

The dining area has a table that seats six and is open to the living area....

The living area has a couch, loveseat , a classic comfy Florida Rattan chair, tables, lamps and a 40" flat screen television.

The master Bedroom on the open space - meadow- side of the condo has a new luxury Serta King size mattress and box spring and has an en-suite bath with double sinks and a step in shower.

The smaller 2nd bedroom has a new double bed and a nice, mostly wooded view to the rear of the condo and access to the second bath in the condo with a standard tub and shower combo.
