Lovely Bird Bay condo
This lovely condo is spacious with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. On the main floor, there is the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with full bath, as well as back lanai and a front patio. You can live comfortably and conveniently on the first floor. Upstairs, there is plenty of room for visiting family and friends if you desire -- two guest suites -- each with its own full bath.
Wi-fi is provided.
Fully equipped kitchen. Dining set has six chairs. In the living room, sofa and loveseat are double recliners with two swivel rockers and HD 55" tv. Linens, towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.
There is a front patio with seating area, and utility shed off of the front patio with washer and dryer. Shed has everything you would want for the beach -- umbrella, sharks teeth shakers, sand toys, chairs, swim noodles, etc.
Parking is in front of the condo -- one space under a carport, and an adjoining space for a guest, outside of the carport.
Bird Bay has so much to offer -- swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, yoga, water aerobics, clubhouse, library, work out room. Socials are planned for residents and renters. Bird Bay is near the Great Legacy Trail -- wonderful for walks and bicycling. Downtown Venice has wonderful one-of-a-kind restaurants and boutique and resort wear shops. For a more urban atmosphere, Sarasota is only 30 minutes north.

We hail from the Chicago area, but have been traveling to Venice Florida since the 1970's when Jack's parents first bought a condo there, and have loved it ever since. We have taken great vacations to this area with our children who are now grown.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy this quiet retreat with all that Bird Bay Village, Venice and the Sarasota area have to offer.
What makes this property unique
Bird Bay Village has so much to offer -- swimming - tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, bingo, water areobics, yoga, a library and work out center, socials for residents and renters during the high season. Venice has wonderful one-of-a-kind restaurants and quaint shops and resort-wear boutiques abound. There is quick access to many gulf beaches, where shells are abundant, and seeking out fossel sharks teeth is a great past-time. Hiking and bicycling are very popular as Bird Bay is very close to the Great Legacy Trail, which goes from Casperson Beach and reaches up towards Sarasota. For a more urban flair, Sarasota is only 30 minutes north.
