Exclusive Luxury Getaway on 10 Acres, Lake Views, Perfect for Groups, Close In
10 acre ranch overlooking Lake Lavon. It's the perfect place to get away from it all with parks, hiking, horse trails, gun range, fishing and boating nearby. Spectacular views of sun-rising in the east and sun-setting in the west over the lake.
The ranch was recently used by a local North Texas Independent Film Production Company, Stranger Mornings to shoot a short film for the Rack Focus Competition in Dallas.
Wifi with broadband access.
TVs with premium streaming services (including Amazon Prime, Netflix, CBS All Access, Disney+, HBO Go), and antennae for broadcast channels. TVs have Firetv cube or stick.
Hot Tub in a party house available. BBQ.
Gated Keypads (one at entrance and one at exit 25 feet from gate) with new code for entry and exit for each rental group.
Surveillance cameras on the property all facing outwards.

Optionally, bring your boats and horses
Can accommodate 10 people in regular beds, + 2 in sleeper sofa (airbed) in living room, 2 in comfortable Queen Airbed, 1 in comfortable Single Airbed, 1 in Ottoman fold-out bed. In addition, if needed,1 in fold-out bed.

The Barn is a working barn it is off limits to guests; it remains accessible to the owner and guests boarding livestock.
Separate agreement with policy must be signed for events. Maximum of 25 people for events. Additional charge for events.
Weighted blanket for cozy sleep

Juno Ranch is my dream ranch. I love horses and country living. Juno was the name of my first horse when I was growing up in Ireland. Uno is the name of my current horse, he is a beautiful palomino paint horse.
