Das Studio ist schon in die Jahre gekommen
Soweit ganz gut, bis auf die Renovation über uns, die täglich ab 8.30 Uhr statt fand.Leider etwas dreckig gewesen und das WC könnte erneuert werden. Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt sehr gut.

Sauberkeit / Zustand der Terrasse / Wiese könnte besser sein.
Mit kleinkind im Krabbelalter nicht ideal.
Lage zum Strand ist jedoch perfekt.

Très bien situé
Le logement est très bien situé, à 5min à pied de la plage et 15min à pied du centre-ville de Sainte Maxime. Le jardin est très agréable et ombragé une grande partie de la journée. La résidence est sécurisée et bien entretenue. La piscine est adaptée pour petits et grands et très propre. Le seul point négatif est l’absence de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud dans l’appartement et avons du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes toutes les nuits.
