The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 805 offers a colorful, coastal feel with wood plank flooring throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 60-inch, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The kitchen also features a Keurig coffee maker and a programmable Mr. Coffee coffee maker. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size GE washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The property was excellent and perfectly located with a great selection of restaurants close by. The condo was great as well as clean. The views and beach were beautiful! The only issue was the ice maker made ice, but would not dispense it. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect fit for our family

Absolutely perfect apartment in a great location for my family! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in most nights. Beds were super comfortable, furnishings adorable, bathrooms very nice! The balcony was our favorite place in the mornings to watch the dolphins and at high sun to have lunch and play cards! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Condo!

Wow! We loved staying at 805W. Beautifully decorated with an awesome layout. Loved the views from main room and both bedrooms. The showers and bathtubs were huge along with the walk in closet in the main bedroom. The patio was very spacious with plenty of seating and the view was spectacular! The pools and grounds were also very clean and well maintained. Loved this condo...thanks for making our Destin stay so enjoyable!

The condo was great except for a strong sulfur/rotten egg smell when you first entered the room. It seemed to become less after about 5 days. Other than that and the people constantly throwing footballs in the pool, which hit my wife twice, we enjoyed our stay.

This unit (805W) could be much better if: 1) much better cleaning 2) “declutter” all the Knick-knacks around 3) have “all” WHITE (super-clean) sheets and comforters 4) height of bed in master bedroom is only for 6’ tall persons 5) there’s so much super humongous pictures on the walls, super heavy curtains, furnitures are huge, too many chairs, end tables that makes the place seems very small and claustrophobic also not leaving “room” for the renters… TV on master bedroom impossible to watch…there’s a huge mirror on the large dresser that reflects what’s on the wall above the bed headboard…so annoying, waste of tv there! The area rug in the living room (again area rugs everywhere…it’s Florida show the floors) is filthy and so are the bed sheets (thank God brought my own) Anyway not for us…I was claustrophobic all the time we were there (left a day earlier) The photographer does a 100% good job taking pictures though…no one can tell how it really is until you walk in!

This property is FANTASTIC! We loved every second of our stay! There were dolphins in the water every morning we could watch from the balcony as we drank our coffee. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped and we had everything we needed at all times. The bedrooms were both beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Having a full-size washer and dryer was so convenient because we could go to the beach and/or the hot tub every day and still have a clean suit the next day. The owners have thought of everything for their guests and it made the stay so incredible. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo at great property

The room had been recently updated and done so very nicely - tasteful colors, accents and furniture. The room was clean and has a great view of the gulf. The room is on the 8th floor, which is just right - not too high and not too low. The owner is great to work with as are the people at Compass. The property is top notch, with good parking, very accessible elevators that always work, an awesome pool and a nice grilling area. Our family had a great time with no problems to distract us, which is always a huge plus! We have come to Silver Beach Towers for many years and we will look for this particular unit when we return.

Dad, Mom and Kids just fell in love with unit immediately upon arrival. Beach and views were amazing.Small issues with jacuzzi tub, closet door and wifi, but easily overlooked when compared to the rest of unit and condo grounds.Will definitely book again!!
