The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 702’s modern features and coastal furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

East 702 offers an elegant, seaside feel with travertine tile flooring and an inviting open-concept living area. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can keep your clothing and beach towels clean and dry throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. To accommodate larger parties, a queen air mattress can be found in the master bedroom closet.

Bring pool towels! The resort does not supply them and there are only bath towels in the unit. More towels are under the sinks! We didn't find them until we were leaving so we were struggling for a bit.

We stayed here over Christmas. The weather was colder than we had hoped but the condo was beautiful. The view from the patio was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. The condo looks just like the photos. It’s a beautiful place.

We loved this condo! Very spacious and clean. We had an issue with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and they had someone out to fix it within a couple hours! Definitely would stay here again!

Best condo in Destin

This was my first time staying at the condo we have always stayed right down the road a a different condo. OMG this place is amazing. It was so clean and beautiful. Balcony was very large and condo was super spacious! I will stay here again!!

Everything was very clean, well organized kitchen, great layout, great view. Unit appeared to have just been renovated so everything looked new. I believe we were one of the first few to stay there after new renovation.

Gorgeous Ocean Front View

Great location and view. Right on the beach. 2 bedrooms, both with access to balcony. Southern view giving great views of both sunrise and sunset. Great firm beds, the best I believe I’ve ever slept on in a rental unit. 2 nice bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers. Master also has large tub.
