House of 1990 of 160m2, with a very large veranda, 40m from the beach of Morgat.
The house and its garden are south facing.
There is a large living room, dining room, a lounge for TV, a small sea view lounge which opens onto a terrace and the veranda overlooking the enclosed garden.

Propreté

Situation très bien, à l’arrivée, clés sous parasols, pas d’accueil, pas de chauffage, sdb minuscule que nous pourrions appeler placard, pas de tapis de bain,pas question de poser nos produits dans le meuble sdb, pas de prise électrique…avons décrassé les wc, cuisine pas propre, four, maniques, 2 torchons de vaisselle sale, plinthe sous évier décollée entièrement, papiers peints décollés dans pièce à vivre et chambre Règlement du ménage 50€ obligatoire, rien n’a été fait + 54€ Pour le linge Clés remises sous parasols à notre départ. Pas informés que l’étage était occupé par un couple et 2 enfants 4 personnes très déçues, je ne conseille pas.

Maison très agréable, à 2 pas de la plage

La maison est très agréable et très lumineuse, avec vue mer en prime. Le séjour est grand, et la véranda apporte beaucoup de lumière à la maison. Elle est idéalement située.

Un Peu déçu

La location est à proximité immédiate d'un très bel environnement. La maison est agréable (superbe cuisine très bien équipée, salons et véranda très confortable) mais demanderait quelques travaux de rénovation (notamment les salles de bain) et un ménage plus sérieux (sanitaires et sol très propres mais carreaux non faits, poussière dans les recoins, quelques toiles d'araignée). Dommages !

Bon séjour à Morgat

Logement très agréable, à 2 pas de la mer. Lumineux et confortable, bien équipé. Vue sur mer depuis les chambres, le salon et la terrasse ! Parking attenant pouvant être bruyant certains soirs (discothèque à côté). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Eric, merci à lui!
