This well-appointed 3800 sq. ft. home with 4 main suites is situated perfectly within the popular Sunriver community. A short distance to the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, the SHARC waterpark, Sunriver Resort, and the Sunriver Village. Enjoy a visit to the horse stables and Deschutes River Sunriver Marina which includes a boat launch and park. Soak in the hot tub, BBQ on the back deck, play ping-pong or foosball in the garage, play hoop in the driveway, rent and ride bikes all over the Sunriver bike paths and trails, or use the 12 SHARC passes ~ you’re sure to enjoy your stay! 17 Duck Pond is a 2-story home with the kitchen, dining area, living room, breakfast nook, and 2 main suites located upstairs. Downstairs are 2 additional main suites (one main bathroom has access from the hall), a bunk bedroom, and a family room. The family room has a TV, games, and access to the brand new hot tub and propane BBQ. A portable crib and portable highchair are in the home for families with small children. Eight adult bikes are available for cruising the Sunriver bike paths. Covered and uncovered balconies and decks surround this home for fantastic indoor/outdoor living.

The Aquatic and Fitness Center, also known as SHARC, features an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, water slides, sledding hills (varying grades) and more. The home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC passes for 12 guests. The passes give access to the SHARC (indoor and outdoor pools), Sunriver Owners Tennis Courts and the new Sunriver Owners Marina.

Sunriver is Central Oregon’s recreational paradise, where you can enjoy golfing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow-mobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, tennis, swimming at two pools, water rafting, canoeing, kayaking on dozens of streams and rivers, mountain and road biking on unlimited paths and trails, water skiing, boating and sailing on many of the lakes within the Cascade Lakes recreational areas.

Great house with bedrooms and baths for three generations. Since skiing was unavailable for most of our stay, we used the kitchen, hot tub and games. Christmas decor was a nice addition!

Spacious House in Beautiful Sunriver

We loved this house! It had plenty of room for three families (12 people total), with lots of fun activities like the hot tub, table tennis, fooseball, and bikes. The bike trailer was especially helpful for the youngest child.

Great Stay

We have been meeting in Sunriver for 17 years for our annual fly fishing adventure of 7-9 guys. This a great place to stay and enjoy good friends, good food and prepare for another day of fishing.

Check-in was super easy and communication was responsive. We had no issues with the house. Clean, lots of good quality beds, would have liked pillows that weren’t so flat but hey, that’s a small issue overall. The rec cards were a nice added bonus though they did not include the fitness center which was disappointing. Super pleased w the home and process.

Great house for the entire family

What a great place to spend thanksgiving week for the our whole family. We each had our own rooms with bathrooms. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to make a great thanksgiving dinner. Host was very responsive. We had a great time riding bikes along the river, swimming at the pool, and watching football.

Family Summer Vacation at Sunriver

House was great and came stocked with bicycles for everyone. The bicycles made everything at Sunriver accessible and fun. Shark passes to the water park were great. So much to do at Sunriver hope to be back!

A Great Restful Location

We just needed to get away for a few days, and the location was perfect. It is in a quiet Sunriver neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk from the Deschutes River. The sun shining in the numerous windows in the AM and PM give a sense of peace and comfort. Loved the house and will bring back family soon for our annual reunion.

we have started in this house several times. It was super for our 3 generation gathering prior to Christmas. Everyone loved all of the Christmas decorations and tree. They made us get it the holiday spirit. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy access to the mountain for skiing.

Fabulous home. Very spacious - beautifully decorated. Lots of room for 3 generations of family. We made so many precious memories during our stay in this beautiful home. Really appreciated the 8 bikes and pool passes. Great location on a quiet street.

This was the perfect place for our crew. Ping pong, Foosball, basketball, and hot tub! Every bedroom felt private and roomy. Loved the huge dining room table for family dinner!
