Fabulous apartment equipped with two beds that can be used individually or in a large and comfortable double bed.
There is also a baby bed on request.
Small fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker and all basic cooking utensils. Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Internet with free WiFi and TV with various national and international channels. Perfect for couples, with or without children, and double or triple of friends.
It has a full width balcony with a hammock where you can rest from the city tour.
It has everything to provide a very comfortable stay.
The city of Porto requires the payment of a municipal tax, called Tourist Tax. The price is € 2.00 per person per night, has a maximum payment limit of 7 nights per person, and children under 13 do not pay a fee. This fee will be charged at the apartment on the date of entry.

Amazing

Very lovely place, clean, quite and lots of room for storage. Close to restaurants. Maria was very kind and helpful at all times. Will definitely come back and stay there.

Very central very clean super equipped

Marias studio is in a very central area. It is wonderful clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay in Porto. A big supermarket is very close and the metro from Campo 24 agosto goes directly to the airport. Maria gave us a warm welcome and all facts ww needed to know. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately a little restaurant downstairs next house was renovated during our stay so it wasn't that calm as we expected.

This was one of the best places we stayed while in Portugal for 25 days. Maria was an excellent host and gave us an excellent overview of what to see and do in Porto. She provided us with a welcoming gift of wine and treats that were great and was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and included all the spices so we didn't have to buy them. The layout of the room was unique with the table at the foot of the bed but it worked perfectly for us. It had lots of light and fresh air from the balcony/porch area. It was an easy walk to all the sites and just a short walk to the metro station. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. My wife was hesitant to book because it was a VRBO but after staying here and working with Maria we would do it again.

Ein konfortables Apartment in ruhiger Lage im Stadtzentrum von Porto

Ein komfortables und gut ausgerüstetes Apartment. Wir fanden dort alles vor was wir brauchten, alle Küchengeräte funktionierten. Eine zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage, Fenster und Balkon sind von der Hofseite. Die historische Altstadt ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass man dafür keine Verkehrsmittel braucht. Aber auch für die Anfahrt bzw. Ausflüge ist die Lage passend, da die Metro-Station "Campo 24 de Agosto" in 5 Minuten zu Fuß liegt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hatte uns gleich genaue Anweisungen für alles wichtige gegeben. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Séjour idyllique à 2!

Petit appart cosy idéal en couple ou même avec un enfant. Plutôt bien situé tant pour reprendre le métro que pour partir à la découverte du vieux Porto, de ses caves, de l'océan ou flâner le long du Douro en écoutant différents musiciens ambulants! De plus Maria est une personne réellement agréable et accueillante qui a le soucis de ses hôtes pour qu'ils passent un bon séjour !

Sadly, we were only here 2 nights and one day. But the small time spent in the home was relaxed and easy. A nice base to explore Porto. Great bed and shower. We didn’t use all the amenities María has provided for every need. But they are there! Thank you, Maria!

Porto Adventure

We arrived late in Porto by train from Lisbon, warmly greeted by Maria. She spent a lot of her personal time filling us in on the property and showing us on a map the best places to see and recommendations for restaurants. Being new to Portugal this was very appreciated! Her apartment was perfectly located in downtown Porto with immediate access to groceries, shopping and restaurants, all in walking distance. Maria had a bottle of her favourite white wine and home made treats for us. As well as coffee for the coming mornings. The apartment was bright, spacious, clean and nicely decorated with air conditioning (which was definitely needed). We spent 2 long days touring Porto and then rented a car to go to the Douro Valley. A definite must see as the terrain and wine were amazing. We will definitely be coming back as there is so much more to see! Thanks Maria! Claudia and Guy from Yukon

We had a wonderful welcome from Maria and her husband the apartment is very comfortable with lots and u mean lots of cupboard space. Everything you need in the kitchen but we eat out mostly. Zentrale Lage, sehr gemütliches und ruhiges Apartment, nette Vermieterin

Meine Frau und ich haben für drei Tage Porto besucht und dieses Apartment vor allem wegen seiner zentralen Lage gewählt. Die Fotos auf der Webseite spiegeln wieder, was man dort geboten bekommt: Hübsch, kompakt aber keineswegs eng, sauber und gemütlich. Perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden, leicht erreichbar mit der Metro. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
