Peaceful cabin in the woods. Two bedrooms with queen beds in each. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 4 twin bunk beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and utensils. Bedding is provided along with dish towels, and bath towels. Multiple dvd's available for your enjoyment. As well as a classic Atari gaming system, and Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Full-size Big Buck Hunter arcade game set up for free play.Bluetooth speakers for streaming music while playing cards, dice, or one of the many games provided. Heated 3 Season porch for hanging gear to dry along with boot dryers for drying boots and gloves. Fire pit and propane grill are provided. Large yard with parking for trailers and additional guests.

The property is located 1/4 mile from the state ATV and Snowmobile trails and 2 miles from the Gandy Dancer trail and Town of Danbury. Easy on and off of the trails no trailering needed, you can leave right from the cabin. Lean too on the pole shed to park under and keep the elements off your machines. St Croix Casino and many bars/ restaurants are located nearby. Grocery store and gas station located in Danbury. Gas station sells trail passes. There is now UTV rental in Danbury.

Deer hunting

This place is very nice, tucked into a quiet area close to the St.Croix River in WI. Easy to find. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy. Thx to the owner.

Fun little place

Perfect place if you’re planning to ride ATV/trails, as you can access a few blocks from the cabin. It’s in a private rural area but still super close to bars/restaurants and town. 5 min away from Pardons canoeing and tubing, which was perfect in the summer heat. There are tons of games, along with Buck Hunter in the cabin. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Danbury short stay

Positives: Close to ATV trail, large yard to park trailer and truck, secluded and quiet location, dog friendly and large yard for dog to run. Negatives: Numerous ants in bathroom and kitchen, a couple worms on kitchen floor. Ant killer spray found but concerned of use with pet present. Consider pest control exterior yard and interior cabin. Inadequate AC for bedrooms. Loss of internet connectivity numerous times, probably related to weather.

January snowmobile trip

Family headed to Danbury to ride sleds. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint. Very close and easy access to trail, and close to town for any/all amenities needed. Place was clean, and had a great spot to put all gear to dry out after the riding. A lot of Buck Hunter was played too which was fun to have. Will look to rent again when we come back!

Memorial Ride 2023

We stayed at this cabin because we like the owner and the location of the property. We were up for a family gathering. We were raising money for the American Heart Association. My brother passed from a heart attack after a surgical procedure. Very devastating for our family. Love the weather in north western Wisconsin planning on moving back in the near future.

Great access to ATV trails simple quiet place

We stayed here for easy access to the ATV trails which was very easy to access to get up and go. There was enough space for our truck and trailer and the ability to off load the ATVs. The house had plenty of games and movies for the kids. Plenty of sleeping space. Kids loved the arcade game. The place was clean on the inside outside could use a little TLC but it was no bother. The only con would be air circulation to the rooms even with windows open the place still stayed too warm and the little AC unit couldn’t keep the place cool enough when the windows were closed up and shades drawn. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

cabin in the woods.

the property was clean, the kitchen is well appointed. it worked very well for me being on a single level. quests are handicapped and the main level living worked well. the TV and internet were reliable. I saw no coin-op laundry as stated in the on-line listing. I stayed 37 days. The area to store my clothing was inadequate, and the shelving I was told was there was packed full with no space available. I did appreciate the nearby amenities i.e. grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. the purpose of my visit was to escape the oppressive heat of southern California. and it was a great escape. It is a wonderful escape for any family, or individuals looking to getaway, or a time-out from the rush of daily life. its a peaceful place with abundant wildlife viewing from your patio door! I saw black bear, deer, and fox. it's a quaint cottage in the woods. Nice living space and dining area for entertaining. close to trails, nightlife, and town, I recommend it for a great break! I saw plenty of patio furniture and lawn chairs in the shed, but did not use them due to the mosquitos. the directions and instructions for check-in and cjeck-out were very clear. the host was very responsive to any need. I say go if you get the chance!

Beautiful area

Cozy cabin

We stayed at the cabin for a week. Nice relaxing fishing. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, casino. Cabin very well stocked for everything you could need. Great place to get away from the busy life! Would recommend to stay! Communication with owners very easy !

Nice long weekend

We went for a long weekend to ride on the trails. Access to trails is great. Property is easy to find, worked well for the 2 of us, there was definitely room for more to join.
