New house located in the village of Boutenac in the heart of the Corbières.
Halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, it is ideally situated for visiting our Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne, the Abbey of Fontfroide, the Canal du Midi, the pretty village of Lagrasse… Also 30 minutes from the beaches (Narbonne-Plage , Gruissan and its chalets…).
Many possibilities for walking and mountain biking in the pine forests surrounding the village.
Convenience:

6 km away, Lézignan: commercial area and access to the A61 motorway

New construction, fully air-conditioned, including:
Large living room / fitted kitchen
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (possibility of Italian bed) and cupboards
1 master bedroom (with shower room) 1 double bed 160 cm and cupboard
1 shower room (accessible to people with reduced mobility)
Garage and storeroom equipped with a washing machine

Optional: Possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels, tea towel) for 10 € / per person.

Parfait!

Maison très très propre, au calme, très bien adapter pour les enfants avec ce petit coin toboggan etc. Propriétaire très aimable! Et surtout très arrangeant. Nous reviendrons!

Beautiful house in beautiful region

We've had a wonderful stay here. Elisabeth and Michel are very friendly and very supportive hosts. The house is newly built and amazingly equipped. The surrounding is calm and the region is beautiful.

Belle villa

Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour a Boutenac, la maison est tres confoatable et bien équipée. L'environnement est tres calme. La piscine est parfaite pour se raffraichir apres les visites dans le pays cathares. Les proprietaires sont sympathiques, agrables et serviables Nous recommandons la location et peut etre l'année prochaine........

Estancia en Boutenac

Gran experiencia. Absolutamente limpio y en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo. Camas comodas, patio ideal si vas con niños. Zona muy tranquila. Calefaccion funciona muy bien. Quizas lo unico a mejorar seria la presion del agua en las duchas.

Je recommande vivement cette maison... Bien plus, l’accueil d’Elisabeth et sa famille est chaleureux et précis sur la maison et les spots du coin. La maison est vraiment très bien aménagée et dispose de tous le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Revenir dans cette maison est agréable après toutes les visites possibles dans la région. Superbe séjour

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison toute neuve, confortable et bien agencée. La climatisation a été très appréciée par toute la famille au regard de la chaleur qui nous a accompagnée durant notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques , à l'écoute et disponibles. En conclusion, nous recommandons cette maison dont nous étions les 1ers locataires. Elle est idéalement située à la campagne, entre Narbonne et Carcassonne, proche du canal du midi et pas trop éloignée des plages.
