Property is located on the edge of downtown Ellicottville within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Holiday Valley is only minutes away by car. House is a well maintained older home with beautiful original woodwork and floors, with a nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The owners are right there on property in a separate house and were great to work with. Will stay there again if available in the future.

Thanks for staying with us. Glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure it's a typo, Holiday valley or Holimont ski resorts are closer to 1-2 minutes away.
