Relax and enjoy the 360 Panoramic views of surrounding Mountains from the large covered front porch. The Cabin is set back from the road just enough to feel completely secluded while still enjoying the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Village of Ellicottville.

The Hot Tub is built in to the back deck and is 100% private backing up to the Mountain. Enjoy the most amazing star gazing you will see all year!

Beautiful cabin, Peace and quiet close to town

We stayed here with a few of our closest friends and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool table during the day. It was only 4 minutes drive into town and 20 minutes from the casino. I can not wait for a reason to stay again!

Great place…perfect for our family. Host was extremely helpful and available to help us. Amazing view of mountains and stars. Short drive to ski resorts and town. Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again!

Will be staying again!

We took a couples trip (6 adults)out to Ellicottville, Tom went above and beyond with communication and making sure everything was in perfect order before we arrived. The property is exactly as pictured, the views are wonderful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the stars from the hot tub at night. The drive to town is short and convenient. We even got some lovely couples pictures with the beautiful flowers and landscaping of the property. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind to stay again!

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY I graduated from the University of Buffalo and now reside in Sarasota, Florida. Buying this cabin in 2001 was the best decision I ever made and have enjoyed countless memories with friends and families over the past 20+ years.

We have gone out of our way to make the cabin as comfortable as possible and enjoy hearing how much our guests enjoy their stays. I am easily accessible by phone or text during your stay and have 21 years of renting experience.

The #1 reason I bought this cabin is the amazing views and feeling of seclusion.
Being only 5 minutes from the village of Ellicottville and just 10 minutes to Holiday Valley make this home the perfect location to balance both privacy, peace and quiet with access to all of the excitement and entertainment the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The finished basement provides the perfect getaway for the kids to enjoy TV or playing Billiards while the "grown-ups" enjoy the cozy confines of the main living area, or enjoy the Hot tub together under a blanket of stars!
