The appartment was very nice, but both bethroom didnt have the right curtain, so in the morning the have a lot of light and we couldnt sleep well

Guardias de seguridad y front desk

Los guardias tardaban media hora cda vez que entrábamos y al salir estaban en sus cel y no miraban que íbamos a salir hasta q les pitábamos y aún así se asomaban y seguían tardando el señor de seguridad de la caseta de entrada muy prepotente y si se te trozaba la el brazalete 5 dollares o n ok te dejaban entrar mejor mejoren sus bracelets para que no se rompan.. mi queja es con los trabajadores de el condominio ni buenos días ni nada muy poco hamables no vuelvo a hospedarme hay ni lo recomiendo

Great Location and Amazing Service

The property wasn't on the beach but I didn't mind at all. Loved being in Puerto Cancun next to the Marina and great restaurants. The condo was fully equipped. The property had an amazing gym and rooftop pool that we used everyday. Armando was an amazing host and suggested all the best place to eat local taco's. I will definitely stay here again and with Vacasa.

Una muy buena experiencia, la casa es perfecta con todo lo que se necesita y más (cocina, lavadora y secadora, amenidades en el complejo, etc.), además de moderna y acogedora. Es perfecta tanto para familias como para grupos de amigos. El personal del complejo es muy amable y servicial. Por otro lado, el servicio de Armando es espectacular, y realmente ayuda a que la estadía sea aún más placentera. Desde el momento en que recibes el correo electrónico de la reserva confirmada, Armando se pone a tu disposición para recomendar los mejores lugares dependiendo de tus gustos, sino que también apoya en todos los detalles necesarios de organización que necesites. Took a trip to Cancun in May of 2021 with 4 of my friends. Home is beautiful and even more amazing and spacious in person. Check in process took 2 minutes I wish I was kidding. No hidden fees or credit card holds. Rooftop pool has an amazing view and service. Not only is the host extremely available through messages on what's app, he also has any connection you will possibly need from restaurants, excursions, to clubs or a Covid Test where they come to your room to perform the test. Overall stay was amazing and 10/10 recommend. It is also in a double gated community with 24/7 security. Couldn't ask for more!!!

Very Nice location

Everything you can think of. Waking distance to the mall, if you want to eat out. Gym and pool in the building or you can go walk around at Marina Bay. I highly recommend you booking this flat. The staff are excellent specially Armando. He is always happy to help you.
