Profitez de la magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer depuis notre belle villa de style provençal située à Vence, à flanc de montagne, à 400 m d'altitude.

Vous pouvez allier l'intimité et la tranquillité de la villa à l'énergie et à l'agitation de Nice, au raffinement de Cannes, au confort d'Antibes et à la somptueuse grandeur de Monte Carlo. N'importe lequel de ces endroits est facilement accessible en voiture en 30-45 min. Les célèbres villages médiévaux de Saint-Paul de Vence et de Tourette Sur Loup sont littéralement à vos pieds car il vous faudra 10 minutes pour vous y rendre. Si vous aimez la nature et le sport, nous avons également de bonnes nouvelles pour vous! Au bout de notre rue, la zone du parc national commence et vous pouvez faire des randonnées dans les montagnes les plus proches - Baou Blanc et Baou Noir et faire une belle promenade à la petite cascade.

**La villa a été entièrement rénover et meublé à neuf.

Nous offrons 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains, salon et salle à manger avec vue sur la mer ainsi qu'une magnifique terrasse avec salle à manger en plein air avec vue sur la Côte d'Azur. Nous avons aussi une piscine au sel et chauffé (10x5 m) avec plage en travertin, parasol et chaises longues et un beau jardin avec oliviers, roses, lavande, citron, cerisier, fique, mandarine et herbes de Provence - rosemarin, thym, menthe, etc.

Profitez de beaux levers de soleil sur les montagnes, d'une vue spectaculaire sur la mer, du plaisir de la piscine et du soleil avec le champagne au coucher du soleil et de bons repas dans l'intimité de la villa.

Lovely villa in the hills of south france

This villa was amazing - the hosts were wonderful, the views unbelievable and vence was the most fun town. This was a magical place.

Gary and Natalias’s house is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed for the most wonderful relaxing time in beautiful Vence. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly think of and no expense has been spared in doing so, everything from the sound system to the sun loungers to the beds, sheets and towels are the best possible quality. We loved our time and felt very lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy time in such a wonderfully designed and cared for home.
