Luxurious, open-plan house with everything you need in prime Old Naples location. One block to glorious, pristine white sand beaches and two to superb international cuisine.

Meticulously maintained house has over 3000 sq ft of single floor living space with large living and dining areas perfect for entertaining. Sophisticated interior by London designer blends island elegance with cool hues to create a truly relaxing living experience.

Kitchen appointed with top-name appliances, granite counters and beautiful hardwood flooring. Adjoining media area, has 75" smart TV equipped with surround sound meaning that a night in can be as much fun as going out.

Multi-room, indoor/outdoor, built-in sound with Sonos audio and cable high-speed broadband Wi-Fi throughout.

In addition to 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, there is an enclosed Lanai/Florida Room, separate laundry room and garage. Outside, in addition to the large backyard you will find a large private pool, spa and grill area on the screened-in pool deck.

We include everything you can possibly need like:
- extra pillows, blankets, towels & beach towels
- beach carts, chairs, umbrella & sandbuckets

Awesome location

The house is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. As good as the house is, the location is unbeatable. You can easily walk to the beach or to 5th avenue shops and restaurants. This is a hidden gem.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time at George’s home! We had four adults, a 2 y/o and an infant and it was plenty of space with great amenities for kids (pack n plays, books, toys). Our family has been vacationing to Naples for many many years and this may have been the best location we’ve stayed in yet. We look forward to returning!

Always a special vacation

This was my family’s fifth stay at George’s house. The house is uniquely located close to the beach and downtown Naples. The home is perfect for a large group and is fully equipped for cooking, wining and dining. We always look forward to our next trip.

Third times the charm

This is the 3rd time my family stayed at the house and we all had a great time. My two young nephews spent hours in the pool, we saw the sunset at the beach every night and could walk into Naples in a few minutes. The house easily slept 8 and was immaculate as always. Beautiful Naples Home

We were so fortunate to find this beautiful Naples home about a block and a half from the beach. The access to the home is simple and safe and it was beautiful, very clean and easy to relax in. My husband and I had the master suite side of the house and our relatives had the other 2 bedrooms on a separate side of the house! It was spacious and easy for all of us to work on our computers when needed. The internet is fast and there are plenty of tables to work from. The pool out back is fabulous but it was too cold outside for us to really enjoy it. We hit a cold spurt in December. We walked to 5 th Avenue nearly every day and enjoyed the restaurants along the way. We sat at the beach also and used the beach stroller to push our towels and chairs provided by the owner. It was so easy! You can see the beach access from the driveway- it is that close! We hope to travel to Naples again soon and hope to stay in this great home again. Thank you to George and family for allowing us to live for a week in your beautiful home!!

Wonderful family vacation on the beach

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is just excellent 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very clean and well maintained, everything was as described or better :) communication with the owner was just great - very clear and prompt response despite time differences. Overall - wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to everyone!

immaculate, well appointed house with all the amenities. On a quiet street one block from Naples beach, this house is easy walking distance to everything Naples has to offer...not just the beach but shopping, dining, and exploring on 5th Ave. Other than driving a few miles to shop at a grocery store, our rental car sat in the driveway most of the time. And although there were just the two of us, this house could easily accommodate more. We hope to be back next year with additional family.
