Welcome to our island paradise in this beautifully restored 1891 storm survivor. Nestled among the charm of mid-town Galveston, "Casa Dibella" is just a 6.5 block walk to beaches, the world famous seawall and the excitement and whimsy of the "Pleasure Pier". A delightfully appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home for the whole family or quaint getaway for a few close friends. Enjoy having a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the front porch and be transported to simpler times. GIPBOT Reg #GVR07237

Why they chose this property
Midtown Galveston is a period neighborhood with many turn-of-the-century homes dotted with charming corner stores, throughout. Our home is on a 2 lane one-way street which was a former promenade for the trolley system. Be cautious when opening doors when parking and on occasion you will hear commuter traffic passing by.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a rare "Storm Survivor" from the tragic 1900 Storm. It was lovingly restored in 2019. Midtown Galveston is a wonderful hub with easy access to the beach and downtown Galveston. Uber is always a good option for inexpensive transportation as the island is dense and trips are rarely longer than 10 minutes.
