Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to summerhouse since I was little kid for my family reunion now I rent my own condo with my cousins and we all look forward to it every year without a doubt.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of Summerhouse and of the unit's view of the pool and peak of the beach. Relative to the price and condition of other similar units, it is in need of updating. I would not rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and the place was clean. Would suggest rethinking the cotton fabric on the couch and the velvet-like chair. Only a bottom sheet for the pullout and kitchen implements need to reviewed.

We are very happy every time we stay at the Summer Houses. They are decorated beautifully and very spacious. The heated pools are very nice. Everyone there is so friendly. Lots to do. Had a awesome vacation there. Will definitely be going back !!!!!
