This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. The unit has enough to sleep seven. It is furnished with a king in the master suite, king in second room, Twin bunkbeds with single twin in our third bedroom (additional chairs in closet). Does not accept reservations for less than a week. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
