Beautiful House 10 Minutes driving to Queen's and Downtown Kingston

Please read this carefully: Partying is not permitted. No students are permitted to book without contacting host for approval. Id's may be requested upon arrival. No children under 7 are permitted due to the unit not being child-proofed.
Cozy home located 1 km north of the 401 at Kingston Mills, 10 minutes to Kingston Downtown. 1 km to beautiful Kingston Mills, in quiet extremely safe neighborhood. From 2021 July forward HST and City levy fees are included in the price. We are next door in case you need anything. The house is newly furnished and features dimmable lighting in the living areas. Included is parking for 3 cars, unlimited Wifi and Netflix, 55 inch Roku smart TV, Foosball table and more The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher. Laundry soaps, hand soaps, towels, Toilet paper, paper towels etc. and Keurig coffee/tea pods included. Air Conditioned for your summer stay. Please note: Our bedroom availability will be based strictly on the number of paid-person bookings. If a couple books, they will have access to one bedroom only, and for two couples-two bedrooms will be available and so on. Two people who are not a couple will qualify for two bedrooms. Monthly rates available upon request.

Cozy little beach cabin

Great accommodation, quiet and outside of town (quick access to highway). Grocery store just down the street and 10 minutes into town. Kitchen had everything we needed, instructions were clear and helpful. Shower was a little finicky, but got the hang of it. Excellent communication with host, check in was a breeze.

Host was very nice and answered questions promptly. House was clean, bright, well decorated and very welcoming. Breakfast coffee, tea, available. Dock and locks nearby to watch cruising boats go thru. Just off 401 highway, great, but bit of distance from city.

Kingston visit

This house was a great place to visit with friends while in Kingston. Fully equipped kitchen and all of our needs were provided. Anne had cleaned the barbeque prior to our arrival and even had an extra tank of propane available. Easy check-in. Nice to stay close but not in the city.

Our stay was great, lovely spacious home, comfortable bed and temperature. I am a bit of a light sleeper so sometimes I could hear the train whistle at nearby train/road crossings during the night.

It was exactly as advertised. The hosts were super attentive. They provided more than was usual, in my opinion. It was easy to get to downtown Kingston and roads to other Thousand Island towns and experiences were convenient.

This property was nice but had issues with there being extra costs not mentioned previous to booking. Mostly clean but shower barely had any pressure and issues with temperature of water.

We were extremely happy to have found such a lovely and welcoming place to vacation. The house was clean and well appointed and the location very restful. The deck was a bonus. The owners were able to solve any issues and wonderful hosts. We were grateful for their graciousness.

Clean and Well Prepared!

The place was great, very clean and welcoming. I was surprised at how well prepared this place was. It had everything from a fully stocked kitchen to things like coffee maker and playing cards. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what guests would need in a cottage vacation stay. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

A wonderful weekend in Kingston

The house was lovely. Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, large and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was an added bonus that was not mentioned in the presentation but greatly appreciated in the heatwave. The only downside is the sulphur smell in the water that was not a major problem and seemed to diminish as the days passed. We would definitely return.
