Close to Shopping and Dining!
Java Cottage is conveniently located near the fitness center/indoor pool, tennis courts, Town Center and beach. The Cottage offers a peaceful and tranquil environment reminiscent of the ancient far east and is tastefully decorated with slipcovered furniture and accents in smoothing shades of blues and greens.

The first floor features open and spacious living and dining areas complete with ebony hardwood floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Three large sets of French doors lead to a large covered front porch perfect for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. Two slipcovered sofas in the living area pull out to become queen size sleepers. The kitchen has a gas cook top, stainless appliances and black granite countertops with specks of mirror that shimmer when the light hits it. The first floor also includes a half bath (outdoor shower can be used to make this bath a full bath) and side by side washer & dryer. A main feature of the cottage is the private courtyard which includes a built-in gas grill, dining area and outdoor shower.

The second floor offers two master suites each with their own private bath and both include large soaking tubs. Master bedroom 1 features a large covered balcony perfect for reading a book or an afternoon nap. Two parking spots are located just steps from the back door and kitchen. As the name applies, Java Cottage is sure to soothe your soul in one of the most spectacular Gulf-side communities in America.

*Please note, when booking a winter monthly rental, access to the Fitness Center and Racquet Club is not included but can be added at those facilities.

Very Nice Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the Java Cottage. It was the perfect size for us. We enjoyed the front and back patios, cooking on the gas grill, and nice size dining table. We really liked how close it was to town and a couple of the pools. The beach was also just a short walk away. Overall it was a great experience.

I would not stay here again.

Way past sell by date. Burned out lights in ceiling, scratched floors, pilot lot not working on stove, fridge and freezer shelves, racks etc rusted and broken, can opener rusted shut, living room curtains falling off rods, what more need I say? The beds were great and the management people were very helpful.

Great location - In need of a deep clean

We enjoyed the location of Java House, but having stayed in Rosemary Beach at other properties, I would not book this particular property again. It has great potential, but in need of a deep clean, paint touch ups, and fresh linens. The beds were ok, but the sheets and blankets are very worn. Stains on the furniture and some rugs. The refrigerator is old with cracked drawers making it a little difficult, the dryer is rusty, and the kitchen is not properly equipped to cook. The utensils are old and there a very few pots and pans. There appears to be a lack of oversight from the property managers as when we checked in, there was a broken toilet seat (very obvious), and several lights needed bulb replacements. The first three days we were there, we had maintenance in and out fixing things. Not what you expect from a high end property.
