Cozy 4B House with Pool Table, Near Nike/Intel, 10miles to downtown Portland

Enjoy Portland in our sweet comfortable home with a private pool table. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay in Portland no matter if you are traveling with families, friends, or colleagues. The total of 4 bedrooms and 8 beds will give each of you enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group. Our place is close to a MAX station, a 5 minute drive to Nike, and 10 minutes to Intel. Its also conveniently close to Hwy 26, 10 miles to downtown Portland.

Hello! We have a comfortable home in the Beaverton Portland area built in 1990s. In the home we have a private pool table. Should your group enjoy playing pool. it should provide you great entertainment no matter if you are on vacation, work trip or family reunion. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions! During your stay, you will have access to a basic stocked kitchen including: drip coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and pots & pans. There are a total of four bedrooms located in the house.

A total of four bedrooms:
-Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom, which has a twin over full bunk bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom.
-Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has a double bed, both with a closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#4 has one twin over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk bed.
-Fenced yard.
-Charcoal BBQ grill. Please clean up after each use.
-washer/dryer in unit.
-Central air conditioning and heating

There is plenty of space for parking. You can park two cars in the garage, and also 2 on the drive-way, there's also free street parking available.

Great location, clean, and A POOL TABLE!

We had two teens in our group. The pool table made their stay so much better! It was a wonderful way to interact with them and for them to occupy themselves.

Perfect for our needs

Needed a last minute booking for family coming in from out of state for a family funeral. Great communication from the host and property was as described. We did get a complaint from a neighbor regarding parking on the street opposite of the property. There was no guidelines regarding street parking, but the host delivered the complaint kindly and with a bottle of wine. We were happy to comply. Thanks for the stay.
