We're a family of 6, that loves adventure, play, and travel. We moved to Portland 9 years ago when my husband accepted a job at Lewis and Clark and fell in love with the city. We started out by renting in Sellwood for the first couple of years and knew we wanted to find a place to buy in the same neighborhood. We got lucky and here we are!
Why they chose this property
We love the house -- the size, the light, the yard, the privacy.
And we love the neighborhood. We love that we can walk to stores, cafes, parks, pool (in the summer), food cart pods, New Seasons gourmet market... It is full of young families and so incredibly friendly.

What makes this property unique
We fell in love with the large open kitchen/living area and also the large open play area that leads out to the backyard. Lots of light and color and whimsy. And sitting under the newly installed gazebo on the back deck while the flames burn in the fire pit with a mug of tea is divine.
