Wonderful apartment in an ideal location

This is a cozy apartment, very clean and tidy. There is a balcony with a lovely view, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge, and air conditioning in the bedroom. The balcony is a perfect spot to sit and have breakfast, overlooking the pool and with a view of the ocean. There is parking on premises, which is very helpful. The plage du bourg is a 5 minute walk, and plage du caravelle is less than a 15minute walk. Emmanuel is a gracious and accommodating host. I highly recommend booking with Emmanuel

The room was clean and tidy when we arrived! We made it early and Emmanuel was generous enough to let us check-in early and even brought us to a nice restaurant of his recommendation! All the way through our stay, he made sure we were having a good time and had all we needed. The place is extremely well located in Ste-Anne, only a few minutes of walking to the beach, market, grocery store and all the nice restaurants (the city center is small, so we enjoyed walking everywhere). The view is very amazing and we spent every morning and dinner time staring at the sea from our little private dinning terrasse! Also worth mentioning, the pool and surrounding are cleaned everyday and they really take good care of the place, so we always felt comfortable using the pool! The place includes a kitchen with everything needed to cook.

Very clean and quiet

We really liked this cute apartment. We loved the balcony and that is where we spent most of our "at home" time there. It gets a great breeze and has a wonderful view of the city and ocean. The place is spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. We had plenty of space. The couch makes out into a bed so it is a little uncomfortable, but we were on the balcony anyway. This place is close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and the bus line. We took the bus a few times. We only used the pool a few times and enjoyed it. We would stay here again if we were visiting Guadaloupe.

Appartement avec terrase et vue panoramique au top. Cuisine équipée, chambre avec clim, literie parfaite. Salle de bain correcte mais douche exiguë.L inconvénient, les escaliers mais une vue ça ce mérite .Propriétaire présent mais discret et arrangeant. Le petit plus serait des prospectus sur les activités autour et/ou programme des animations.Et un minimum d'épicerie (sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile...) car pas tjrs évident de ramener quand on arrive en avion.Je recommande cette location avec sa piscine, bien située dans le centre de Sainte-Anne

Nous prenons bien note de votre suggestion et allons prévoir un minimum de produits comme l’huile, le sel, le poivre et le vinaigre pour améliorer encore l’accueil. Concernant le reste, comme la lessive, nous comprenons votre demande. Nous faisons toutefois le choix de laisser à chacun la liberté d’acheter les produits qui correspondent le mieux à ses habitudes et préférences. D’autant plus que de nombreux commerces, très bien approvisionnés, sont accessibles juste en bas dans le bourg, ce qui permet de s’équiper facilement dès l’arrivée. l'appartement est adéquat même si la douche est un peu exigue. La vue sur la mer et sur la ville de Ste-Anne ainsi que la piscine et la terrasse sont des gros plus.Emanuel et Maryline sont des hôtes gentils et discrets.

Wow! Le paradis mais nous sommes vivants. Emmanuel et Marie sont à l’écoute de nos besoins.Ils sont gentils et très sympathiques .Les lieux sont très propres. La piscine et son environnement est sur « la coche ». Et que dire de la vue sur la mer et le village à partir du balcon . En espérant vous (les « superhost ») revoir dans un avenir rapproché…

Très belle vue

Logement type « chalet « au dessus de celui des propriétaires qui sont discrets et très sympathiques. Vue exceptionnelle sur Sainte Anne, Marie Galante et les Saintes à l’horizon… Ambiance campagne avec les poules… à 200m du centre. Très agréable. Nous reviendrons volontiers, seule la literie mériterait d’être changée pour que ce soit parfait.

Studio Sainte Anne magique

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec sa terrasse, la piscine magique bordée de cocotiers et sa vue mer exceptionnelle. Le logement est idéalement placé à proximité de la plage du Bourg et de l'église. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et adorables. Nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter !

Superbe séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel avec vue du balcon exceptionnelle ( vue sur la piscine, sur la ville de Ste Anne, vue sur la mer). Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse remarquable. Tout est parfait , on recommande cette adresse.
