Great Stay

Perfect accommodation on the beach

Couldnt have had a nicer location or property to enjoy a week with our two teenagers in Guadeloupe. The covered outdoor terrace a delight any time of day and the landscaping of the property coupled with the sea breeze kept the mozzies away. Thanks again!

Wonderful Stay in Guadeloupe

My wife and adult daughter spent the last week in June in Ste. Anne in Guadeloupe. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Great location in Ste. Anne; just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment was spacious, and included a very large open patio across the entire front facing the ocean, which was just steps away. Secure, clean, quiet, and well provisioned, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, internet (with a strong signal), and good A/C. While the apartment is well situated in Ste. Anne, we actually spent most of our time on day trips exploring the two main islands of Guadeloupe, via rental car. The roads are generally in pretty good shape, although we avoided driving along rural roads at night. Lots to see and do around the islands--along the many beaches, inland, and offshore. Great food too (French and Creole influences), and reasonably priced. We had never visited Guadeloupe before (we have been to several other Caribbean islands), and would strongly suggest others check it out. We are not French speakers, and we managed very well. Would highly recommend this apartment whether mostly for staying just in Ste. Anne or as a base for exploring Guadeloupe.

Everything was wonderful. Miss Leo had breakfast, juice and milk for coffee on hand so we didn’t have to grocery shop when we arrived. The open air living space on the ocean was pure bliss! The ocean breezes kept the apartment cool and we had AC in the bedroom at night. The location was right in Saint Anne which meant we could walk to the store for groceries and the boulangerie for bread. The beach was right next door an easy walk and there was a restaurant Le Nil next door as well. Miss Leo responded quickly to any questions we had. We drove around the island exploring every day and nothing was more than an hour away. We are very pleased with our choice of accommodations. We are not bilingual and had no issues communicating on the island.

Le rêve!

En famille , en vacances au mois d'Août, nous avons adoré cette location. La vue est tout simplement une vue de rêve. La pelouse en gazon et le jardin donnant un accès direct à la plage étaient pour nous un émerveillement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le logement est très spacieux et agréable. En rez de chaussée, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine . Jardin et piscine étaient d'une propreté irréprochable. Quand nous reviendrons, nous reviendrons ici!

Situation géographique au top !

Si vous cherchez un hébergement en première ligne au bord de la mer…direction cet appartement. Tout est facile avec la plage à quelques mètre et les commerces à proximité également. Résidence sécurisée pour votre véhicule et secteur calme. Vous pouvez profiter de Saint Anne paisiblement et enchainer les visites sur l’île sans incovénients.

J'ai voyagé avec ma mère et mes soeurs. Très sécuritaire. Communication avec la propriétaire excellente et rapide. Réception par Madame Léo excellente et rassurante. Propre et fonctionnel car on faisait nos repas sur place. Même si sur la plage, peut revenir en une minute pour chercher quelque chose oubliée. Autres résidents très aimables. Hautement recommandé!

L’un des l’ailleurs remplacement de St anne

Emplacement exceptionnel, à quelques mètres de la mer et de l’une des plus belles plages de Guadeloupe. permet tout à la fois de profiter des services de proximité (restaurants, traiteurs, marchés,alimentations) et des attraits de la plage. Si on laisse les volets ouverts la nuit, on est bercé par le bruit des vagues ! Tout en étant préservé des nuisances sonores Bref : localisation exceptionnelle

Très bon emplacement, très bien équipé, accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son emplacement, idéal en bout de la belle plage de Sainte Anne et proche des commerces. Ce gité est très bien équipé, félicitations aux gérants. On est déjà tombé sur des gites où il y avait à peine plus de couverts que de nombre de locataires. Là, ce n'est pas le cas, on a largement de quoi cuisiner et vivre confortablement, comme à la maison. Miss Léo nous a très bien accueillis (bien appeler en quittant l'aéroport) et le départ s'est très bien passé également (merci pour la petite rallonge de temps pour profiter pleinement de la matinée). Nous conseillons Sainte Anne à tous mais en particulier aux familles avec enfants en bas ages en raison de sa plage très sécurisante.

Hébergement à la hauteur de nos attentes

C’était notre premier voyage en Guadeloupe . La disponibilité de Miss Léo est remarquable et sa réponse à nos demandes irréprochable. L’unité 19 répondait à notre besoin: intimité pour les 2 couples et espaces communs conviviaux. Proximité de la plage Sainte-Anne fantastique et vue sur la mer à faire rêver . Idéal en famille!

L'emplacement de cet appartement est exceptionnel: tout peut se faire à pied et la plage est magnifique. Tout est conforme à l'annonce (intérieur et extérieur, prestations). L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec un bon wifi. Sans oublier, la communication tant avec la priopriétaire que Miss Léo a été très facile et elles ont toujours répondu à nos demandes très rapidement. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Very impressive. Everything was OK, according to the description. Leo, the hostess, is unbelievable. She is given you more advice that you can get. The panorama is speechless. 5 meters from the see an the colors are unforgettable.

Séjour agréable en famille avec enfants

L’appart était conforme à l’annonce, très bien situé. Au calme, sécurisé et plus que bien équipé... Nous avons surtout apprécié l’accès Direct à la plage du jardin et la proximité des restaurants et commerces à pied. Et le wifi, (très important pour nous) , avait un très bon signal. Seul petit bémol, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine la 2ème semaine car en travaux sans que l’on ait été prévenu. C'est bien dommage car notre fils de 6 ans alternait entre la piscine et la plage.

Amazing Location

Beautiful location right on the end of Sainte Anne beach. Good snorkelling just outside the apartment. Loads of space with a panoramic view of the ocean. Nice pool which was very quiet and great for kids. The inside of the apartment is very well equipped with everything and more you would need. Nice comfortable beds and good a/c. There were restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. If you want a location where everything is close at hand but still want to feel away from it all close to the ocean then this is for you. Easy to find and we were met at the apartment very promptly. Thank you Adeline an Miss Leo!

Great location at St Anne beach

The property is oceanfront and has a yard overlooking the water. Walking out the gate from the yard, there is a path over the edge of the water of probably 60M to get to the beach. The house is well equipped and everything is working well.

Excellent séjour dans un emplacement de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement : la vue incroyable sur la mer turquoise dès le matin, la plage de Sainte Anne accessible directement depuis le jardin, la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants, les commerces accessibles à pied par la plage : tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites ! L'accueil a également été très sympathique et très prévenant, et l'appartement est impeccable, bien décoré et bien fourni. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
