The rooms were clean, great communication with the host. The kitchen was smaller than we're used to but was workable. Loved the sky lights, an extra added touch.
The accomodation was wonderful... and perfectly located. I was able to get to and from the Plaza area and conference center on foot easily. A local grocery store is an easy walk as well. The welcome notebook is full of helpful information... Don't miss the chance to catch a sunset at the recommended dog park!On a related note.. it is a dog friendly accommodation and that along with the historic age of the buidling means the wood flooring, although perfectly clean, is scuffed up. Not at all an issue for me.The small basket of snacks and the dark roast coffee were pleasent surprises. Better yet was the myriad of options for making coffee. I discovered a european style stove top expresso maker that absolutely made my day! There was also a french press and a drip style coffee maker. I supplied my own creamer as the only option was a generic powdered creamer. Janet checked in on me by messaging a couple of times, and even arranged to leave a special treat at the doorstep on night three. Her communications were spot on and she was attentive, but not at all intrusive. Overall... it was a great value and a wonderful place.

Thank you Rachel! I really appreciate your words.
The wood floor was part of a remodel I did, but with close to full bookings, there is no time to refinish it. Now it fits in with Santa Fe.
We enjoyed our stay. Janet communicated well. The place was very cute and met our needs. It was a bit of a walk to old town but for younger couples it's no problem
We were visiting Santa Fe for the first time. Janet had lots of info on places to visit and for dining. She always answered our questions quickly. The casita was clean and very cute. Great place to stay!
Lovely apartment in a great quiet location. Anything you could need was in the kitchen. Very comfortable all around. Love the tile and sink in the bathroom!
It was perfect for me; clean, quiet, and cozy. Loved sitting on the little front porch drinking tea in the morning sun. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Thanks, Laurie, I try hard to make it a happy experience like yours!
Really enjoyed my stay in this nice, quiet apartment. Was able to walk to the plaza every day, as well as walk to Railyard and Canyon Road. I appreciated the nice touches of decor and cleanliness throughout. Janet made sure to check-in with me during my stay and I appreciated the timely responses. Would highly recommend and consider staying here again next time.
The host personally welcomed us and was in touch several times to ensure all was good for us. Location is close to the city center, easy to walk anywhere.

Thanks for the wonderful review and thanks for coming back! Hope you can come again.

This is a lovely place. It's set well back from W. San Francisco Street, rather typically for that Santa Fe neighborhood. Fortunately the host provided very clear directions on how to get to it. It's a very well-appointed one-bed place!
This was the perfect spot for my son and I to stay while in Santa Fe. Great location, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, and fenced backyard for our dog.
The location is excellent as it's an easy walk to the Plaza and all the activities in Santa Fe. Being able to bring our dogs was also a big plus and they enjoyed walks to the nearby park. Janet the host, responded quickly to questions and kept us updated on any issues. Our only negatives would be the use of one small window air conditioner that could not cool the living area in 90degree day temps. It also never cooled the kitchen which made cooking difficult. Besides the issue with the AC there was also a heavy smoke smell from a prior guest incident which Janet advised us about. Unfortunately, the smoke smell was present throughout our 5 day stay and we wish a professional company had been used to eradicate the problem rather than arriving to a smoke smell and a hot house with windows open. This is a very quaint, nice place but the air conditioner system needs to be upgraded.
