Thank you for the kind words! Our driveway is on Pine Tree Way and Garage Way is the Town property. The good news is the town started to grade and re pave yesterday so it should be completed very soon! I called it ‘Mogul Way’ when it was in its previous state! Hahahaha have a wonderful summer and hope to see you again for skiing!

Awesome Spot!

Came here to stay for a wedding and some sight seeing. Bedrooms are much bigger than they look in the photos and the beds are quite comfy. The rental as well stocked with everything you’d need (especially towels). Definitely would recommend!

Quick Getaway

We had such a fabulous time in Waterville valley! We made a last minute decision to get away with friends and our dog and this place was perfect. A quick walk to town, and short drive to a few other restaurants for post skiing food and drinks. The communication was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!

It was very convenient for all of our activities. It was also a bit hard to find off Garage Way ("private road").We joined with other family members and children in the valley and found it so easy and fun to share adventures, tennis, mountain climbing and hikes to Cascades.We all plan to return. Perfect spot for family ski trip

A very clean and comfortable condo minutes from Waterville Valley resort, pool, shops and restaurants. Friendly neighbors. Easy parking. Beautiful setting near trails. The owner is wonderful and provided very helpful information during our first stay in town. We will definitely return.

Nice short vacation

We stayed here for three days. Access to the property was easy with lockbox and keys. Dog friendly. It has all of the basic necessities and was clean. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The wi-fi was very fast.

Hockey tournament weekend

Perfect location for our family of 4 to be close to rink, indoor pool and village without having to be crammed in a hotel room together. Kitchenette was very functional and useful with cook too and convection microwave. The unit was clean and Check in/out very easy.

This place is Awesome!

A very cozy, warm, and comfortable apartment which suited my needs perfectly for my trip. It’s close to town and the mountain. The Wi-Fi is excellent and I had no issues sending emails and finishing work on the computer. Has a nice little kitchen so I was able to cook meals. 10/10 for a small family or group

Waterville Valley

The property worked well for our visit. The kids got their own bedrooms, and the place was clean. No kitchen, but we were made aware of that fact right out of the gate, so we were able to plan ahead accordingly. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative.
