Comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, the home features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a cozy loft — ideal as a children’s playroom or extra lounging space.

The kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a convenient breakfast bar, while the dining area features stylish pub-style seating — perfect for family meals or game nights. A large entry foyer provides plenty of space for your winter gear and outdoor attire.

After a full day of skiing, hiking, or snowshoeing, unwind in your private jacuzzi tub, the perfect place to relax tired muscles. For added comfort, the upstairs bedroom includes a portable A/C unit to keep you cool in warmer months.

Guests can enjoy access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for a small daily fee ($20 per person or $50 per family). Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the club offers a wide range of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a steam room, fitness and weight rooms, and more.

Conveniently located near the free shuttle pick-up to Waterville Ski Resort, this condo offers easy access to the mountain, Town Square, beach, entertainment, and local restaurants. In winter, take advantage of the Nordic Center, featuring extensive cross-country skiing trails for both skate and classic styles, as well as ice skating at the Valley Ice Arena. Seasonal favorites include sleigh rides through Town Square and exciting dog sled events.

When summer arrives, enjoy Waterville Valley’s 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, and countless hiking and walking trails for all skill levels. Spend the day at Corcoran’s Pond swimming, boating, or relaxing on the beach. Try fishing for trout in the Mad River, or rent bikes and inline skates in Town Square for some family fun. The Recreation Center also offers day camps for kids and guided adventures for teens.

Weekly Deals!  Allow up to 6 Adults Max or families of 7. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups. Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval for an additional $25.00 per dog per night.  A full-size sheet will be provided to put on the couch.
