Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

This cozy and quaint getaway is designed for guests that are interested in a peaceful and quiet trip away!

We want you to feel at home and taken care of when you stay at our condo.

A short 5 minute drive to Mt. Tecumseh or take the Free Shuttle to the ski slopes.

Hiking trails can be accessed directly behind the condo.

2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms with a spacious floor plan.

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in the all seasons porch and looking at the spectacular Mountain View’s that wrap around the property!

Relax in the family room, enjoy reading, watching t.v. after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen has all the amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There is a washer & dryer within the kitchen area. The family room has a 65” flat screen t.v., bar and all seasons porch. A ski locker is provided to securely lock up your ski’s, hiking equipment or other items..

***Remember, this is a condo and not a hotel. We have neighbors so guests must be respectful of them at all times of their stay. An, Acknowledgement of Condo Rules & Regulations along with verification of identity will be asked of each guest prior to stay.

***We thoroughly launder every touchable fabric after each guest. (Shower curtains and liners, towels, all linens, robes, bedding, blankets, throws, sofa pillow covers etc).

***Our commitment is to provide our guests a unique vacation experience in a clean and comfortable setting with a bit of style mixed in. All season guests are welcome. (FYI: Summer guests be aware we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is quite comfortable using our air circulators though.)

***Maximum guests allowed is 4.

***We do not offer long term rentals.

***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed) & No Pets.

***The White Mountains were recently rated as one of the "10 best fall weekend getaways in the US for autumn charm".....Fall Waterville Valley colors will blow you away!

Please take shoe's off in Condo at all times. If, you USE fireplace - you must clean up the ash after usage. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please have fun but RESPECT our neighbors. Quiet hrs are from 10pm to 7am. Please respect other units ability to sleep peacefully during this time.

This is one of the best condos we've stayed in. Amazing "extras" from the charging chords at the nightstands to lots of extra cozy blankets on the couches. Lots of seating for all (and comfortable!!). This place is so much larger than it looks and very welcoming.

Perfect mountain condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous mountain views and the shuttle to the ski area is right out front. It was perfect for a family of 4.

Our daughter was getting married at loon mountain. This condo was perfect for brunch the morning of the wedding. It was perfect for 1st pictures of the Bride. well appointed kitchen, immaculate unit. Just wished it had a/c. It was very warm. Maybe it was just excitement. 100%, We would stay here again
